You would think he would know Jade long enough to know, she would try to harm Tori if he had her as Tori's understudy. The Bush Daisies incident should have been enough to remove her from the play. Was he worried she would spike one of his coconuts?

That should not have flown even back then. It sure is heck would not have flown if they made Beck possessive. It's Nickelodeon not Degrassi (though Degrassi on TeenNick) for crying out loud. It's not the only thing (portrayal of black women, mental health among others). It wasn't just Dirty Dan and his writing team, Nickelodeon allow them free range (well not that much because the show ended before we could a proper series finale). I'm sure part of it was, we didn't know better but we do now. I get it, they weren't going to be a perfect but could it been in the middle?

Sikowitz had to hear the argument which included Jade admitting to looking at Tori's medical records which was illegal. If anything, he should have at least removed her as understudy. Would that stop Jade from suggesting Tori as a donor and removing the blood from the nurse? Probably not

Jade should have been taking the L and try again for another play. Seriously was that play really important that she was willing to kill two of her "friends" and people still like her after that? She's lucky her ass wasn't locked up. Also, weren't their cameras in the hospital? Speaking of which.

The Hospital, where do I start with these Assholes. They couldn't ask other hospitals for O negative or transfer Robbie to one of the hospitals with the blood type. They're in LA not a place where the nearest hospital is 2-3 hours away and there are other hospitals in LA. Also, the nurse didn't notice the blood being removed by Jade? Not to mention, they shouldn't have asked Tori to donate again. Once a person gives blood, they are not supposed to donate again for another two months (Thank You Aggressively Average). They should not have solely relied on a teenage girl.

If they're a bunch of rich kids like some people say on the board, then they could hire attorneys unless they're parents are attorneys and sued the school to prevent the reauditions. Also, the parents could call the school district board to do it that way though if they don't then lawsuit. I've watched the School Principal Reacts vid on Helen Back Again and he does not like Helen. He would have had her fired before she started over the speeding in the parking lot and running over Robbie's bike.
