Going to add coconut oil and see if I lose weight

Inspired by the posts shown in the images.

Going to start with 90-100g of it,

If start losing weight, then I will continue until I plateu, then add 50-100g more and see what happens.

If nothing happens and weight remains the same or goes up, I will stop.

Starting macros:
155g protein, (1.3lb 93/7 + 25g collagen)
145g fat, (1.3lb 93/7 + 90-100g from coconut cream)
150g carb (orange juice/maple syrup)

Starting weight: 143 lb on Jul 2.

Around 3,000 calories. 5'7, I should theoretically be gaining weight. I really doubt it will work lol but it would be pretty crazy if it does. Will keep everyone updated.

Will be consuming it thru coconut cream

Liver, vit a, + question

Some liver anecdotes I found interesting. Diff perspectives

Also another I read a few days ago but I can't find again, someone claimed that they ate a lot of liver and it cured their acne so much that they could eat whatever they wanted and not get any acne again.

Question about sugar fasting

by the way im talking about sugar fasting, (only sugar for the whole day), not the sugar/honey diet

-is there a "limit" to how much sugar I can eat? (for optimal weight loss) today I've probably had upwards of 400-500+ grams of sugar from fruit

what I mean by that is, I know its pretty damn hard or perhaps even impossible to gain weight eating only sugar, but what's an optimal amount of carbs to eat daily so that I don't slow my metabolism and have the most weight loss possible?

because that's my goal right now, melt the fat off doing sugar fasting whilst not slowing my metabolism

i imagine around 200-300g carbs daily is a good spot as a guess

Issues after a week or so floor sleeping with pain when walking due to anterior pelvic tilt

Hello. I have pretty bad anterior pelvic tilt to a degree that I can feel a lot of pressure on my tailbone once I lay on my back on a hard surface like the floor. If I flex my abs down I can make my back be even all across the floor, but obviously that isn't sustainable.

I've tried floor sleeping around 3 different times, and all 3 times after 1-2 weeks I start getting very annoying specific pain near my tailbone whenever I walk. It's not constant pain, but if I lean or angle myself in a specific direction it will hurt very bad.

I've even tried putting pillows under my feet, back, etc and everything and softening the carpet I sleep on, etc. But it still appears eventually. Is this something that I will have to just "get used to" and fight thru until my body fixes it or do I have to work on my anterior pelvic tilt for a few months and fix it before floor sleeping? Thanks.

do you enjoy raw or cooked meat more?
