Issues after a week or so floor sleeping with pain when walking due to anterior pelvic tilt
Hello. I have pretty bad anterior pelvic tilt to a degree that I can feel a lot of pressure on my tailbone once I lay on my back on a hard surface like the floor. If I flex my abs down I can make my back be even all across the floor, but obviously that isn't sustainable.
I've tried floor sleeping around 3 different times, and all 3 times after 1-2 weeks I start getting very annoying specific pain near my tailbone whenever I walk. It's not constant pain, but if I lean or angle myself in a specific direction it will hurt very bad.
I've even tried putting pillows under my feet, back, etc and everything and softening the carpet I sleep on, etc. But it still appears eventually. Is this something that I will have to just "get used to" and fight thru until my body fixes it or do I have to work on my anterior pelvic tilt for a few months and fix it before floor sleeping? Thanks.
