The idea is that we pick a class. 4 weapons from any of the 9 classes and an action slot item. And try to make the Most Powerful load out ever.

You can pick any weapon for any Class

Stanley Bugman (Donkey Kong)
Reason: We only have characters from the Country series and onward, The Arcade DK is poorly represented with one of the worst stages (75m) and a single taunt for Mario. Stanley also has a unique choice of weapon.

Toad (Super Melrose Bros)
Reason: I Didn't realize how important Toad is to the Mario series as a whole until after I saw the Super Mario Bros. Movie for the 5th time. He's been a playable character in the mainline Mario games since smb2 and I think he could have a unique move set.

Ray MK II (Custom Robo)
Reason: since Melee it's pretty clear Smash wants to do something with this series. Also would be nice to have more characters that originated from the n64

Karate Man (Rhythm Heaven)
Reason: Great series, I rhythm based fighter would be an interesting machinic. Also more GBA/Arcade reps would be nice

Starman (Mother/Earthbound)
Reason: Bad*ss villain with a cool design, Piranha Plant really opened the idea that some enemies can work as fighters.

Isaac (Golden Sun)
Reason: More GBA/DS reps plus great series

Frog (Excite Series)
Reason: The Excite series has needed a rep for a long time. Although Excitebiker isn't happening. Why not have what's basically a transformer. Frog can run, jump, glide, spin and is armed with a claw, a hammer and bombs.

Gardivoir (Poke em' mons)
Reason: Gen 3 rep has been needed for a long time. Also not a starter, Which I always feel limit the unique types to just water, grass and fire. Yes we already have a psychic type and a fairy type but still. Would be nice to have a gen 3 rep that's cool.

Ghirahim (The Leggy O' Zelma)
Reason: Finally a Zelda rep that isn't Link or Zelda. I thought Ghirahim is a pretty memorable villain.

Spring Man (Arms)
Reason: Arms is a fun game, and it's pretty clear Nintendo/Sakurai wanted him in the roster. We don't need Minmin. Any why not have the poster boy of a great boxing game.
