We stayed in Cannes this past weekend and for a while there was this massive yacht (or maybe cruise ship) which had both smoke stacks but then also vertical masts that looked like it was for sailing moored out in the bay. Anyone know what boat this was?
Well I had just posted yesterday about trying to move my flight due to the impending weather and here i am some 24h later watching the tarmac at a standstill praying that my ~5pm block flight delay is 2h or less 😅

I'm flying to LHR tomorrow and saw EWR had a total meltdown on Saturday with all the thunderstorms. Based on the forecast I'm seeing ~36h out, I'm getting the sense that tomorrow's going to be a similar story. I don't see any open alert yet on UA's travel alerts page... Is there any way I'd be able to wrangle UA to modify my flight at all to dodge the weather? I wouldn't normally be as concerned, but I have a separately ticketed onward flight on a different *A carrier from LHR with about a 4-5H connection, which I would have missed if I flew on my equivalent flight on Saturday night. Realistically what I could/would request would be one of the following:
Fly out tonight instead
Switch to my onward connection flight (which UA operates directly from EWR as well) for tomorrow; that way if I get delayed it doesn't matter as long as the flight takes off.
Take a morning flight tomorrow to ORD (or somewhere where the weather is otherwise not bad) and then take ORD-LHR.
Given the news that PS is winding down US operations, I wonder what they're going to do with my 27-month lease polestar when I return it next year. Any chance they'll give me a good deal to buy out my lease at a massive discount (so as to not take back a car that will be hard to sell without a US presence)?
We're considering 4 nights in southern france in July and came across a good deal in Theoule-sur-Mer (whereas most other destinations are exorbitantly expensive). I would otherwise normally immediately jump on such a deal, but a bit concerned about the loction of Theoule itself. I've seen other comments mentioning that there's not much to do in the town itself and I'll spend most of my time in transit to other destinations like Saint Tropez, Cannes, Monaco, etc (and traffic can be especially rough in the summer). Is this accurate and is it better to cough up extra money to stay in cannes (or go somewhere else entirely)? Looking for some guidance...
Basically was thinking about getting these center seats in 3F-2H. However my worry is that I won't be able to directly see anything from the casita set because of an "obstructed" view. Is that accurate? Is it better to get the seats in the side stands then?
Is viagogo/resellers the only way to go at this point or will more tickets realistically be dropped still?
Kind of finding it annoying how in certain places there's a complete lack of healing options - for example just made it to route 2 which requires the $300 ticket to travel to every single Time.. Is there a healing spot on route 2? because otherwise I have to keep paying the $300 between every couple battles..

Any idea what's going on? My settings seem to be all maxed on video options.
Trying to get the plate off to unscrew but can't figure out how to do it. I tried poking a pen into each of the round holes and also a flat screwdriver into that slit on the right side, but nothing seems to be doing the trick... Do I need a smaller or longer tool?
