I’ve been reading tarot for a while now, and this is something I’ve thought about a lot.

In my experience, tarot doesn’t really predict a fixed, set-in-stone future. It shows possible paths.

What I’ve noticed is that when you ask about the future, the cards tend to reflect the outcome based on your current energy, actions, mindset, and circumstances. It’s like a snapshot of where things are heading right now.

So if nothing changes... your behavior, your decisions, your situation... then yeah, that outcome is likely what will play out.

But the important part is: we have free will.

If you shift your actions, your mindset, or how you approach something, the outcome can change too. And when you do another reading later, the cards usually reflect that shift.

That’s why I personally don’t see tarot as "this will 100% happen," but more like "this is where you’re headed if things continue as they are"

To me, tarot feels more like a tool for insight and guidance rather than prediction. It helps you understand your situation, your patterns, and the potential consequences of your choices.

TW: Abuse, Domestic violence.

So, my father's abusive and have anger issues. He lashes out time to time and physically hurts me and my brother. Sometimes, he break our devices, tear up notes, break stationary etc... Basically, everything we use just to hurt us and teach "discipline". Today, he almost broke my thumb by turning it so harshly just because i was eating ice cubes.

Can Lucifer help with protection and just keeping his anger away from us? because my mom does everything she can, steps in to save us and i'm not stable yet so i can't move out and i know i can do cord cutting and all but we're mostly depended on him. Also, i've done spells before so i'm gonna do protection jars and all if it helps.

And my psychic abilities such as clairvoyance and clairaudience are not that great and i heard Lucifer's pretty patient with newbies.

I'm working on healing my insecurities i developed over the years, i'm getting into shadow work and i just want peace. That's all i'm asking for but due to my dad, my traumas gets triggered and i'm back to square one.

So, i'm underweight and i've always been like that because i eat maybe once in two three days and no it's not €D, i just don't feel hungry at all. But now i wanna gain weight and i tried finding spells related to this but couldn't find any, is there any 'desired body shape' spell so i can have a healthy body?

They have no knowledge of witchcraft but they do practice religious rituals sometimes. The good thing is that they don't force religious beliefs on me and lemme do spells, rituals and even ask me to cleanse the home sometimes but im really confused on whether i should let them make the jar or not? Would that be okay if i do it?
