Is it legal for Lyft to force you to rate your dasher?

Context: I’m not sure when this change went into effect as I almost never update my phone apps.

I finally updated 60+ apps the other week

When I used to use Lyft I rarely ever rated a dasher.

But since I updated the app recently it won’t let you move past and order a new ride unless you rate the previous dasher. The “done” button is greyed out and there is no way past it. Even if you force close the app and re-open it.

This can’t be legal can it?

General Hostel Questions from a first time Hostel User

I’m getting a bit of anxiety because I’m traveling out of the country for the first time as an adult but also hotels were so expensive I was forced to stay at a Hostel. But I’ve never stayed at a hostel in my life before- not even in the country where I’m from. Hotels have always been cheap enough where I live to not justify the need for a hostel.

I have some questions because it’s my first time ever using a hostel:

  1. I’m only staying at my hostel for 2 nights but the first night I won’t arrive at the hostel until sometime between 10-11pm. I assume most hostels have a lights off time at 10pm. How will I know I’m not taking a bed already being used and how will I get settled in after lights off hours? This is my biggest concern since I’ve never done Hostels before. I’m not sure how the sleep arrangements work. I believe I am staying in an 8 bed dorm.
  2. How is the charging situation in hostels? Ideally I’d like to charge both my phone and AirPods at night but also wouldn’t feel comfortable leaving my phone just out somewhere.
  3. How does waking up/alarms work? Technically I wouldn’t need to wake up until 11am each morning so I’m not worried about waking other people up but I’m curious.
  4. What is the general vibe of a hostel and is there anything I should know?

Hide and Seek- Maybe Unpopular Opinion

Being from the US, the football videos (at first) weren’t really exciting to me. I know that’s how a lot of people got into the sidemen.

What got me to be a fan of the sidemen was the hide and seek videos. When I first discovered the sidemen, I watched a hide and seek video and then binge watched every single hide and seek video they had ever done before checking out their other videos.

I know a lot of people seem to find the hide and seek videos as some of the weaker videos. A lot of comments I’ve seen over the years rate them lower than most sidemen videos.

For me, however, the hide and seek videos are always top tier. Even the weakest of the hide and seek videos are usually great to me. Sidemen Hide and Seek was definitely my favorite series on all of YouTube for the longest time, now only rivaled by Sidemen Cheap vs Expensive.

I think sidemen hide and seek on the worlds largest cruise ship just became my most anticipated YouTube video of 2026 and it’s not even close.

I have a feeling next week’s video will scratch the itch of absolutely everything I love about the sidemen. So hyped!

Lost My Save Data- Help

Hello,

I just launched the game tonight. I had a coach that had a season as far along as a >!Playoffs #2 against the Squids!<in 3 star difficulty. But I just loaded the game tonight (6th? time I launched the game) and the data isn't there this time. But it was there all other times I launched the game.

Is there a way to recover the data? Why would my coach disappear? Does creating a new coach keep my old season still?

Does anyone have any advice?

This game is very fun but lacking many features like my personal favorite backyard baseball 2005

Not sure if intentional or not but my least favorite part about the game is not being able to turn off stamina. This not being an option like 2005 and 2007 heavily hurts people who like 9 inning games. I’ll notice my stamina will be completely gone after 3 innings which basically means I would need to carry 3 pitchers on my team since I like 9 innings games. My favorite and most played backyard baseball games are 2005 and 2007 and I would play on the hardest difficulty but still keep stamina off so I can rely on just one pitcher. It’s weird how they removed this option when it should be easily to implement and would give players more ways to play.

A lot of the rest of it is minor but here’s a list of cool things 2005 had that 2026 doesn’t:

-Fielding Drill mini games

-The customization of the create a character has way less options than 2005

-The batting stats being split between contact and power. When making my team I wasn’t able to balance power hitters and contact hitters like I usually do. I think having the two stats split makes fore more interesting gameplay and planning personally.

-Not being able to see leaderboards. In 2005 at any given time in a season you could go in and see home run leaders, hit leaders, strikeout leaders, etc among the entire league and I liked looking at those stat leaderboards after every game. Correct me if I’m wrong but in this game I only saw an option to see my players stats and the team I just faced but nothing like a leaderboard of stat leaders throughout the season.

-Changing the number of games in a season. I understand this game doesn’t have the MLB teams like in 2005 and 2007 so there’s less of a reason to change the number of games in your season because there’s less teams to play against but I really liked making my seasons 32 or the max number of games in one season and I wish that was still an option.

It just felt like 2005 and 2007 had so much customization that made the player have ample ways to play the game

I think if you combined the gameplay of this game with the features of 2005 you have an A+ or S tier game.

I’m still having a blast with it so far but there’s so many features missing that I personally feel there was no real reason to ever take out in the first place.

Does anyone else feel similarly? Do you wish you could turn stamina off? Are there any features I forgot about that should have also returned?

Edit: I forgot about the replay when the out/safe is extremely close.

Seattle Concert Question

When I bought the tickets to the Jinjer show it was at the Temple Theatre in Tacoma. Now it’s at the Neptune Theatre.

My tickets are section 204 and still say section 204.

Temple theatre has a section 204 but Neptune Theatre does not. But usually Neptune Theatre for concerts is all General Admission and not assigned seating/standing.

Does anyone know if the show tomorrow will be all general admission or will my seat from Temple Theatre be assigned to a seat at Neptune?
