My first show
And they're not even on the ticket stub. Opened for the Rolling Stones that night in Pittsburgh.
House location? Look familiar to anyone?
1920s or 1930s I am thinking. From my late grandmother's (1926 - 2010) collection.
Early one
Picture from my Grandmother's (1926 - 2010) collection. No idea of the man or the model of the Harley.
Seath's Bar and Grille - Carrick (1990s)
Bernadette Landon (left - my grandmother) and her friend Annie at Seath's Bar and Grille (1216 Brownsville Road) in the mid 90s. I grew up going to this bar with her and my step grandfather. Ironically it closed the year I turned 21 (2003) and was torn down to make way for a drug store and its parking lot. The building was built around 1920 and operated as a bar from the end of prohibition until it closed in 2003.
There is Mario Lemieux and there is everyone else (throwback)
My friend and I from about 1993. Growing up watching 66 (and 23) was something so special.

Glen at OhanaFest (2024)
I remember seeing him sitting off to the side of the stage just before Alanis went on that night. He was just watching and taking it all in. Seemed to just be blissful in the moment. I happened to be at the right angle to get this shot. It is how I will always remember him beyond the music.
RIP
All Blacks 47 Italy 17 (Rugby in Wellington, NZ)
I live and work in Wellington, New Zealand right now so thought it only fitting that I wear this PJ jersey to the latest All Blacks rugby game. (also had to rep my hometown NFL team of course). People absolutely love PJ down here.

Mr. Robert Anders interview (WWII veteran in Germany AND US Embassy hostage in Iran)
In this video, I have the privilege and honor to sit down and talk with Mr. Robert Anders. Robert is a WWII veteran, retired Foreign Service Officer (FSO) and absolute outlier of the Greatest Generation. He also happens to be the oldest member of the 1979 Iran hostage affair as portrayed in the 2012 movie Argo.
Read like a Diplomat
As a US Foreign Service Officer (FSO), lots of people ask what we read and what to read to become a diplomat. Thought I would share this video talking about just that.
Independence Day 2026 in Samoa
US Diplomat's experience in Samoa.
Defense Attaché staffer at a U.S. Embassy
I am former Air Force turned Foreign Service Officer (FSO). Did this interview about five years ago with a soldier who worked in our Defense Attaché Office (DAO) at the embassy. Thought it may help some here. The whole channel is about my life after the military.
