I was looking for a tutorial book teaching how to use ibis paint x book, but the only I saw is Japanese version book. I want to learn the process from sketch, using layers, tools, brushes and coloring techniques.

I'm 58 years old, I'm thinking to move to the states form Puerto Rico. I would like the VA facilities closer from home and rent and utilities cheaper than PR. Here everything is expensive and by the way, nothing work like a supposed to. And if we hit again by the hurricane I don't know how long years people can be dealing with the situation. More information on internet hurricane Maria was a disaster.

I'm 58 years old and I almost paid out my home on PR, I think is like 8 or 10 more year of mortgage to paid. But, my wife has family on Dominican Republic and they live like a king, with personal that cooks, clean a home, etc.. and is cheaper. My concern is like I use to to the process of my VA appointment, medicine, etc... I would like to know your experience and advise, thanks in advance.

I was thinking on ibis paint app because is free and is closer to the professional one. I want to draw caricatures.
