I'm required to take a public speaking course but I have a severe stutter; what should I do?

I know there's accommodations, but I'm not sure how I'm supposed to receive a fair grade for a class which is based on speaking if my disability prevents that. It wouldn't be fair to fail me because that would be discrimination based off a disability, but it wouldn't be fair to the other students if they automatically pass me

Woke up at 4AM with a throbbing headache, nausea, bad vision, and brain fog

Details: 19M, not on prescribed medication, don't smoke.

I was feeling a bit ill the day before, so I was drinking a ton of those sodium electrolyte drinks. I was also taking some pain relievers because of an unrelated matter. I do take melatonin to fall asleep, I also take calcium, magnesium, and zinc supplements. Most importantly, I did have a little bit of alcohol.

I then woke up at 4AM with the worst headache I've had in my life. It felt like a thunderclap. I tried taking ibuprofen but that did nothing. Any water I drank I threw up. My muscles were weak, my vision was a bit blurry, and I had bad brain fog. After about 7 hours it calmed down, but what might've the issue been?

How would a free college system in America work?

I wouldn't consider myself a capitalist, but I'm skeptical on the idea of a free college system. Here's why:

1: Can we really trust Americans with a free college program? What if kids just want to attend because their friends are going? Or just to party? Or to attend sporting events?

2: What would the requirements be? Would you have to have a certain GPA? How many classes can you fail? What if someone uses taxpayer money to attend school and doesn't finish?

3: It would devalue a degree. People pay for a degree to get better oppurtunites in the future. If everyone went, it would simply be the expectation that you go because it's free. So now primary school would end at 16th grade instead of 12th grade.

4: Which schools would be free? If college is free, should every training program be free?

5: Why would somebody attend school in Kansas or Nebraska if they could go to school in California or Florida for the same cost?

6: If a 70 year old wants to get a philosophy degree for the fun of it, should tax payers really be funding that? You can go to a public library, or use the internet to learn things

These are just a few of the many issues I listed. I'm open to any debate

How did you manage to fall in love again after your first breakup?

I'm 19 and got my first girlfriend last september when college classes first started. We broke up in January so we weren't together very long. We both had mental health issues and she dropped out of school so we decided to end it there. It was only 4 months so there wasn't enough time for any resentment or boredom leading me to still love her and I haven't had any affection towards any other girls since then. I have no interest in dating or hooking up. Even if the most attractive girl wanted me I'd still reject her. It litteraly feels impossible for me to have any affection after I fell in love with a girl for a few months and never saw her again. It feels like I'm "cheating" on her even though we haven't been together in 6 months. How are you guys able to fall in love for a second time?

What do people mean when they say "You think you have time but you don't"?

I'm 19 and grew up very isolated from people and with strict parents. I moved out about a year ago and have been trying to learn more about things that my parents never taught me. So I've been going on places like reddit to get some advice, and people keep telling me I don't have time, and I need to figure out everything now. What does that even mean? From my perspective you always have time to do things. You can always go back to school later in life. You can always fall in love later. You can always fix problems. You can always find reasons to be happy. You get the point. Are these people just miserable or are they telling the truth?

Why is my brain so sensitive that simply seeing the Instagram app ruined my mood?

I haven’t been on instagram or social media in over 6 months and my grandfather showed me a video on instagram and just looking at the app gave me lots of bad memories of insecurities, fear of missing out, and comparing myself to others. I was in a decent mood before that. Why am I so sensitive?

Why does my mom just being around me irritate me so much?

I just got home from college and I can't stand being in her house. Just being close to her is driving me insane. I have a long and bad history with her, so my brain constantly ruminates the bad stuff she's said and done to me. I don't know if I can last the whole summer

Am I behind in life?

I am 19 years old and I feel like I am so behind my peers. I was born without a father and a mentally ill mother. I spent all my middle and high school years in isolation. I have a stuttering problem so I can't talk to people. I was also depressed and struggled in school. I briefly did have a girlfriend because I look pretty decent (according to her). But she quickly got bored because of my horrible social skills and stutter, so she left me.

I never thought about what career I wanted or what to do with my life as I was basically just surviving. Therefore, I struggle with social skills, and I have absolutely zero knowledge on how to advance my career.

I just got done with my first year of college in an accounting major, but I barely passed and still don't know anything about accounting. I didn't make any friends. I have started to feel disconnected from reality from lack of interaction.

Be honest; am I fucked? Or is this just part of the journey?

Is it worth spending about $1200 to stay away from my mom for the summer?

I just recently came home for the summer from college and I already can't stand my mother. I'm not going to go into the details but it's ruining my mental health so bad living in this house. I went on furnished finder to get a place to live for a short time and it's going to cost about $1200 to live there after rent, utilities, and fees. I have about $6000 to my name. Is the financial sacrifice worth it for my mental well being? thanks

I notice when I masterbate without porn I feel just fine

When I watch porn it's just straight pleasure and it causes a dopamine spike and crash, low self esteem etc. But when I do it without porn, I usually think of making love to my ex girlfriend, and I feel fine. It's kind of like a slow dopamine rise that doesn't affect my mood or attention span. Is it fine if I keep doing this? thanks

I feel like a completely different person since I've move in. I've had more character development in the last year than all 4 years of high school. I was skeptical if I was going to like it but it went pretty well

I keep hearing that no one of thus generation will be able to own a home ever. But many homes are being built every year and with the declining birthrate, there surely would have to be many homes available once the homeowners pass away right? Or are they just going to be empty?

I'm asking this because I would love to become a father someday. I'm only 20 but I've noticed there are less people who have children nowadays. Is this because they don't want them or is it because they couldn't find a partner? Like if I want a long term relationship with children, will that be difficult?
