When applying oratraxin gel, is it possible that you develop some nodules although skin has started flattening from other areas ?
So I am using oratraxin gel(topical isotretinoin with erythromycin) every night for my acne and my skin is purging like crazy. While old bumps sitting under my skin are developing heads, I have also seen some new painless raised bumps form on my skin. So I wanted to ask if this is normal?

Whenever I look in the mirror, my acne looks shrunk and skin looks almost clear with a lot of pie but in the pictures I see zero improvement. I don't know which to trust more the mirror or the camera.

Like, I don't have any room of my own and have to study in the dining area where everyone's passing ALL the time. So I can't focus most of the time and resultantly fail in everything or if not fail but just pass with average marks. I am so angry rn

I took add math exams and prepared for them from December to may and then June as well. So in between, I didn't prepare for net although I did take two nets and scored only 111 and 112. They were hard like anything. Now, I am really scared about what I should do. Someone please just at least tell me if it's even possible to score 150+ in such a short amount of time.

My skin is having major trouble and I've been to countless dermatologists and have also changed my diet completely but nothing's working. Can someone please give me some ruqyah that I could blow on water and drink? I am desperate for some solution. I have made Dua as well and not gonna lie I have seen slight improvement but not major. Please someone suggest me a ruqyah since I believe Allah's name is the most Powerful and no medicine can compete with it. Please help me out.
