A Chick-fil-A opened up near the Trader Joe's where I work & they kindly gave us all a free breakfast.

I've never been to a Chick-fil-A before so went in in my TJs shirt & said "I'm here for the free breakfast" & the lady said "Wait there".

After about a minute someone shouted out "Order for Joe" which I assumed was me so I went up, grabbed the bag & left.

I gave it to my wife for her lunch & later she said "Wow they are really generous. There was so much food in there"

Turns out I had accidentally stolen someone named Joe's lunch. Hopefully he was ok with his hash brown & small sandwich.

I am having to cook things over a flame, like a peasant.

EDIT - TARGET GAVE US A SO WE BOUGHT A BETTER ONE.

This is the funniest thing I have watched in years. Hadn't even heard of it until a couple of weeks ago & now binge watched the lot.

Hearing the words Mate & Cunt bandied about as much as I say them was a nostalgic treat.

Yanks think I'm saying Mike when I say Mate ("my name isn''t Mike") & their world ends if I say Cunt out loud. It's a bigger crime than taking grandads AR-15 to school.

I almost moved to Oz 25 years ago but followed a girl to San Diego. As much as I love this town there's nothing like Aussie humour.

I'm a Londoner who's lived in San Diego for 20+ years. I also love Mexico & Mexican culture (if you don't, why are you in San Diego?}

I watched the game in Barrio Logan which was all Mexico fans. I was also wearing a Mexico top.

After the game instead of people being down, upset or angry a brass band started playing & we all danced for a couple of hours.

I'm gutted that Mexico are out. I've loved the buzz around the city these last few weeks. But I'm so proud of my hometown of San Diego & the brilliant people that live here.

You heard it here first. He'll get between 15-20 goals for us in the Championship.

An old mate of mine from Venezuela is working on a cruise ship in Long Beach & he's had a rough couple of days so I want to buy a few food items & drive up to give them to him.

Alright, so I'm a old West Ham fan who's lived in California for years so I am a bit out of touch with half the England team. I've been wallowing in my own football misery for the last two years.

Yesterday I was driving to LA & I saw a Metrolink train going south between San Clemente & Oceanside at around 11am.

But their website says they only run at 4am & 5am & then one at 2pm.

Was this just a lonely empty train shuttling off to bed or are there more trains running than they are telling us?

Just looking back at Nuno's 1st year in England when he took Wolves up, winning the Championship with a few games to spare & with a +10 better gd than anyone else.

He had six Portuguese players who played a combined 171 league games that season.

Obviously we have to sell off a few players. We have some decent youth but are we going to see an influx of Portuguese players or was the Wolves example just because he was fresh off the boat from that country?

Their best player was a young Ruben Neves who had been with Nuno at Porto.
