Sei que há muita opinião no ar, mas queria deixar aqui os meus 50 cêntimos.

A forma de como consumimos conteúdo tem vindo a mudar já há muito tempo. Música, séries.

• Foi o fecho da Blockbuster
• O abandono dos cinemas
• O facilitismo do Spotify

O que é certo é que todas estas subscrições nos fizeram sentir algo que o físico não conseguia transmitir, e vou explicar porque é que isso é mau apesar de ser um sentimento inicialmente bom.

• Uma subscrição é agradável porque dá-nos acesso ilimitado a todo o catálogo imediatamente.

No entanto surge um problema comum. O vazio.

Após termos facilmente ultrapassado essa paywall com poucos dinheiros, o conteúdo perde um pouco o seu valor e esse mar de conteúdo torna-se num burnout desencorajador.

Quem nunca ficou com uma subscrição ativa um mês inteiro para praticamente não a usar?

Acho que este caminho já foi definido e não foi pela Sony, foram os hábitos e de facto não me admiro que realmente a maioria dos users usem digital devido ao comodismo e facilitismo/conveniência.

Mesmo quem não quer sair de casa não manda vir da Amazon.

Isto porque hoje em dia (principalmente os mais novos) querem tudo instantâneo.

Tem que ser tudo na hora imediatamente. "Não quero fazer order para esperar que venha a encomenda, quero fazer já o download."

E apesar de nós, cotas, com mais de 30/40 anos termos uma nota nostálgica do físico, esta indústria está obviamente a focar-se em jovens e como os cativar, e esse jovem não têm os mesmos hábitos que nós.

No entanto existe um "perigo".

Vai ser 100% possível controlar o que é que a maioria dos jogadores jogam. Via "store placement", via descontos, etc

E o problema é que parece que já estou a ver...

Esta indústria está tão aborrecida que nem os remakes são nada de jeito (vamos ver o Black Flag).

O que importa é parvoíce retardada e agendas políticas forçadas.

No mínimo a Sony devia tirar a paywall do Online se não quiser falecer nos próximos anos. Eu sei, é difícil a PlayStation falecer, mas só esta notícia recente vai mandar muita gente para PC.

"Mas no PC também é digital!"

É diferente, porque no PC tens:

• Melhores deals (porque as stores estão a competir com a alternativa à pirataria)
• "Demos gratuitos completos" (pirataria)
• Diversos habitats (GOG, Epic, Steam, etc)
• Estás a investir numa máquina que faz mais do que jogar

Já para não falar nos jogos que nunca saíram para PC como:

• Counter Strike
• League of Legends
• Valheim
• World of Warcraft
• Lost Epoch
• Sons of the Forest

E muitos mais que só agora recentemente é que saíram na PS5 (como o V Rising e o New World, mas sinceramente, quem é que quer saber de New World em 2026?).

A única coisinha que consigo ver positiva desta merda toda é o "reagrupamento" de muita gente no PC Gaming sem ter que ser só no Discord a jogar apenas os jogos que têm crossplay disponível.

O MAU

Quem ficar nas consolas, principalmente na próxima geração (estou mesmo a ver a PS6 a sair em 2028) vai ter que se habituar a uma realidade completamente diferente.

Eu já tinha reparado nisto com o Gran Turismo 7, o GT7 tem estado sempre a 79,99€, o Gran Turismo 7 que saiu em 2022.

E é dificílimo apanhar o GT7 a pouco menos.

No entanto usado já se arranja por 20/25€.

Isto sugere que a Sony não vai ter muitos descontos porque ... não vai ter concorrência, não vai haver competição. Queres, pagas.

Estava aqui a configurar os comandos de voz no Waze para ser mais fácil fazer report durante a condução em vez de estar à procura do ícone.

No entanto deparei-me com uma parvoíce de todo tamanho.

Então após duas horas de volta disto descobri que a opção "Assistente Google" não me aparecia nas "Definições - Voz" porque o Waze simplesmente não suporta Português (Portugal) sendo obrigatório Português (Brasil) ou Inglês.

Eu pensei, bem, das duas uma vou meter Inglês.

Não é que o gajo em Inglês aceita comandos em Português de Portugal? Aliás, nem sequer aceita comandos em inglês porque o meu Assistente está configurado para Português (Portugal)

Que retardismo é este? Isto é normal?

I've been once again researching about this topic and honestly, the information does diverge a lot but after a year of tests this is what I can conclude so please argument otherwise if you disagree with any statement below [ ] TRUE [ ] FALSE:

• DMZ does not make a difference for most people
• DMZ Listing is not very dangerous if only opened for your PS5's Static IP but it does not mean it doesn't pose any risk, specially considering you're getting no reward at all
• Static IP might help remote users (PS Portal)
• DNS servers might have a 1% improve in countries with bad ISP routing, but in most cases it does nothing, it might even worsen your connection
• NAT 2 is fine, you don't need NAT 1 as it brings you no benefit
• DMZ can instantly solve some issues like Double Nat but your problem is probably elsewhere in your network
• Testing speeds on PS5 is very inconsistent, you should open a game instead
• If you're using a second router using it in Acess Point mode is better because even if you open a Bridge Port from your ISP Router and run your second router on Router Mode you're wasting processing power with network shennenigans that could be used for raw latency and speed.

Correct me if I'm wrong techs dudes.

Extra Note: Keep in mind your Gigaport on your PS5 can only run up to 940Mbps, that's the port's limit. So if you're getting 1.200Mbps on your main ISP Router you can't run that on a PS5 via Ethernet. Ethernet is still the most stable (we don't even question that anymore).

I've been using the same flashlight for 10 years but it usrs batteries and it's not as strong anymore.

Since I'm in the market looking for one and I live in the countryside so I use it a lot, I wanted to get something better.

I see a lot of 5€ small flashlight but I wanted some expertise because $5 feels too cheap to be decent, my last one was 30€ 10 years ago.

I usually use it along with a handgun (I'm a legal hunter and my zone has a lot of wild boars and coyotes who try to get into the chicken dens) so it cannot be something big.

If you have something in mind to help someone who doesn't know much about such a wide market I'd be much appreciated.

I can't install many apps on my newer phone so I'm reviving my old buddy to install apps that are SDK locked on my current one.

I wanted to flash a good clean ROM on my old device that is easier on all this SDK and requirements/license bull.

My intention is to use something like APKPURE instead of the Play Store, if the rom has no Google Services even better.

I watched TWD on release and I stopped watching when the Governor season ended (season 4 I believe) and I never watched anything beyond that.

I've been wondering if I should rewatch it entirely in 2026.

How are the following seasons after 4? Do shit get hot?

I really enjoyed the first 4 seasons to be honest, not sure why I wasn't so eager to get into Season 5, something probably got my attention at the time, probably Game of Thrones.

I'm aware of a few events from online media for example, like Carl getting shot in the eye, but I have no idea what happened.

Note: I'm fine with spoilers, don't worry, they usually make me more interested.

The friend who borrowed me the game said "The game is great, but the story is awful".

Well I disagree ...

Let me try to keep it short. Joel had it coming, and this game put up a good perspective of what we do in even other videogames to achieve a goal.

I hope Abby finds the Fireflies, I hope there's a third game where Abby hunts down Ellie and develop a cure because there's still a whole zombie apocalypse going on and without a cure there's a possibility of a new outbreak.

Ellie did what she had to but in that journey she became the worst version possible of Joel.

I like Joel in this game. He felt like he was on a redemption, kinda reminded me of "end game Arthur Morgan" from Red Dead Redemption 2.

But why do people hate the story? Is it the homosexual innuendos that bother you? Is it the "It's Abby's game" now?

Edit: Oh, and as someone from the countryside ... see, when you have a lot of sheep they eat every plant in your lawn so that place should be empty of vegetation. It's just weird because some people buy sheep specifically to clean land.

Tenho andado "atrás" de um jipezito para o dia-a-dia (moro numa zona rural).

Não é nada de urgente, estou servido, mas tenho andado com o olho na coisa e cheguei à conclusão que queria um Suzuki.

De preferência diesel por causa do torque para puxar pequenas árvores eventualmente.

O que acham dos três modelos e qual consideram o melhor para o seu preço habitual de mercado?
