This show has been quite biased at getting us to Team Black so far in its writing, is this season supposed to be the turning point that they will try to persuade us to Team Green side?
These two panels have been resurfacing in my head. Is it possible that Luffy has gotten too comfortable / overconfident on relying on his future sight since he unlocked it. Katakuri taught Luff future sight, Kaido taught Luffy that future sight is common among top tiers, maybe Shanks will teach Luffy how to fight an opponent who can block future sight?

Such a cute family and endearing chapter, I’m getting an echo of Princess Rebecca and Queen Otohime. And is it just me? Or this version of Brook has a strong young MJ vibe? Much more than in Laboon’s (my favourite) flashback?
And of course in the most One Piece way, no sweet family / kingdom flashback can have a happy ending. I have a bad feeling that Oda is about to out do himself and show us Princess Rebecca, Violet or even Hiyori didn’t have it the worst…
How many chapters do we think this flashback will last? And from a scale of Vive to Bonny, how heartbreaking do we think this story will end up being?
