Anyone know why it says in have 600 avaliable but it wont actually let me use it?
Ive been on Omeprazole 40mg twice a day for about 2 months. I was originally on it for esophagitis and esophageal spasms but its stopped working. I cant take pepcid with my zoloft and heart medicine im on. Ive found myself drinking alot of gaviscon. I cant do an endoscopy right now. Looking for suggestions on a different med and to see if anyone experienced these throat flutters. They're not heart palpitations ive worn a monitor and hit the button every time i feel it and it's not cardiac related. It feels like a rapid fire flutter in my throat and sometimes I get awful chest pain until I drink gaviscon. It'll atop it for a bit and itll come back. Drives me absolutely insane. Anything better than Omeprazole???
Anyone have this?? Im panicking got my results today.
I have went to the ER 6x in the last 3.5 months. Mostly palpitations that have been ruled to be completely fine by my cardiologist and the multiple ER Dr's. I wore a monitor had several troponins , Chest CT with contrast ekgs etc. Anyway I've had chest pain for weeks. It goes from my chest wall into my left breast and if you touch my chest wall underneath my left boob it will fold you up like a pretzel. Underneath my left shoulder blade is also very painful I think there's a nerve component to it but I didn't know if this could be costo. It feels like an electric shock sensation sometimes and it's just a deep ache sometimes a burning sensation I've been to the doctor so many times I don't want to go back for this. Especially if there's nothing they can do about it. I have been bedridden pretty much since May with agoraphobia and I think laying in bed and my posture has a lot to do with why I'm so painful.
Anyone on flecanide and zoloft? My ep okayed it. But im paranoid as crap. I was on zoloft years ago before my ablation for wpw syndrome developed pvcs after , and now on flecanide to suppress them. Recently my mom passed suddenly and unexpectedly and my anxiety ocd and panic is really bad so they added zoloft.
For those that have severe panic and anxiety and have been on a long term b£NZO what worked for you. I tried x@n xr and it gave me horrible nightmares and didn't work well. Im on tri@zol@m and night for sleep. Due to my mom dying and having ptsd over it I went through severe insomnia. Now I am getting bad rebound anxiety in the morning and fighting it all day until my nightly dose. I never wanted to take them or have withdrawal etc but I think I've hit the point I am having some withdrawal symptoms. Because the med is so short acting. Im gonna need to talk to my Dr monday about a longer acting option for daytime. Any suggestions would be great. I have to be careful with other psyche meds due to a heart issue and the concern for long qt so most ssris aren't safe. Tia!
How do you recover from this? I found out in 2018 I had wpw syndrome. Low risk , wasnt worth an ablation but had one anyway in 2021. Didn't fix it , still had tachycardia and developed pvcs after. Ive dealt with this for years you'd think by now id be ok. My mom died suddenly from a brain aneurysm in april and for some reason one sunny day in may I developed SEVERE cardiophobia. I thought I was having pvcs and it turned out to be esophageal spasms from nasty gerd. That went away and I did have a little influx in actual PVCs but nothing out of the norm. But for some reason I have spiraled I have become almost bedridden since the end of May I've been to the ER five times I've had countless EKGs countless rounds of blood work a CT angiogram of my chest a monitor for a couple days I had an echo back in February and a two week long monitor back in February. All completely fine. I have been on flecanide for pvcs for years and have recently developed a fear of the medication. Started a very low dose of Propranolol to try to curb some of the tachycardia and I'm terrified my heart's going to stop. I don't know what to do I don't know how to overcome this every single doctor I see tells me I'm fine but I'm afraid of sudden cardiac arrest.

For the past month I've had the weirdest chest sensation it does not line up with my heart and I've worn a monitor. I have no idea what it is I've had a chest x-ray I don't have shortness of breath I don't have a cough or any lung type of issue. It's a chronic jittery feeling in my chest I have had severe anxiety and multiple panic attacks over the past month and a half. One thing set it off and I've been extremely weirded out since. There are times it goes away but for the most part it's there at least 75% of the time it's like a shaky jittery weird sensation sometimes it's in my stomach and it is in my chest too. My last monitor showed no heart palpitations though I do have PVC sometimes and I'm on flecanide to stop them. I am extremely hyper focused on my chest all day long to the point where it's obsessive. My doctor prescribed me Zoloft but I'm afraid to take it because of my heart medicine. I hate this. I've got myself convinced that I have some weird condition that they're missing or I have something wrong somewhere. I've had Echoes EKGs monitors countless blood work you name it. I do have Gerd really really bad and I'm on a very high dose of Omeprazole right now for suspected esophageal spasms so I don't know if this is part of that I also think I'm in a severe anxiety Loop and I feel trapped
Anyone else have experience with it being deep lobe? Go for my fna hopefully soon. 1.8cm mass or whatever. Ent said it is gonna be in a difficult spot to remove if it has to come out. Im terrified.
I have had a lump below my ear for a month. Thought it was a reactive lymphnode because I originally found it when I had an ear infection. Didn't take my antibiotics correctly (oops) went to the er today and they diagnosed me with a parotid mass and now im scared im going to die or have cancer. Im 32 non smoker. I do have some autoimmune issues. Dry mouth real bad for about a month. This was the cta report from today. And I have to follow up with an ent. Im literally so scared.
I had an ablation for wpw (low risk) no longer shows on ekg. Had several holters etc developed pvcs and pacs about a year later. Recent holter over 2 weeks showed 109 pacs over that time 1 pvc. Multiple echos. All show a structurally normal heart however I am still very scared of the pvcs / pacs morphing into vt or something life threatening. My ep shrugs it off but I am curious as to the risk here. Im not sure if im having more pvcs beyond the monitoring. I have myself psyched out about SCD and VT. 32 yo female. Non smoker no hx of high blood pressure etc. Only IST now with the skipped extra beats etc. Currently on flecanide 50mg bid.
I feel like i cannot physically do this anymore. Its ruining my freaking life. I am so scared every single day and have been for the last month. I was diagnosed in 2018 with wpw (very low risk) had an ablation because I was scared to death and my EP just decided it would put me at peace of mind. Well it didnt. I still kept the tachycardia after. Developed pvcs. Ive had 9000000 holders, aside from the ep study , ekgs , 3 electrophysiologist. Everything has been fine. But recently went through a very traumatic loss and my pacs pvcs whatever upticked and now im convinced im going to have SDC or VT and drop dead. I cannot even hardly leave my house. I used to be active didnt care about the tachycardia etc now im nearly bed bound and idk what to even do anymore.
I really need help. ( I have reached out to my mental health Dr.) I am getting on meds. But until then. How can I stop catastrophizing everything. For context I discovered I had wpw back in 2018 had a successful ablation in 2021 and it no longer shows on any monitoring. I've had so many echoes so many EKGs monitors I've been in the ER so many times over cardiac anxiety. I have inappropriate sinus tachycardia, and some PVCs and Pacs. I recently lost my mom suddenly and unexpectedly nothing heart related. But it's thrown me into severe OCD over my health severe cardiac anxiety to the point where I can't even leave my bed. Stress has created a whole plethora of physical symptoms I wore a 3-day monitor because I thought my heart was doing something funky and it showed nothing I went to the ER having sinus tachycardia EKG was fine. But it's gotten so bad I can't even hardly leave my house without panic attacks. I keep thinking I'm going to go into a dangerous arrhythmia I'm going to drop dead from VT or something crazy. I really need some outside help I'm waiting on an appointment with my doctor but until then I need some suggestions. How can I stop myself from thinking I'm going to have a deadly arrhythmia?
I have severe reflux I have an appointment in July for GI. I've never been seen by them before but I've suffered for years with this reflux and stomach issues. For the last two or three weeks ( ive been under severe stress , lost my mom suddenly and traumatically 8 weeks ago) I have been getting this fluttering thumping sensation in the back of my tongue and in my trachea area sometimes in my chest. I am on medication for heart palpitations and I've had heart palpitations for years but this does not feel like heart palpitations to be exact I went to the ER twice thinking I had that going on I was hooked up to the Monitor and not one skipped beat picked up so I don't think it's heart related I was on a monitor while it was going on and was getting an EKG while it was going on. I don't know if it's tracheal related to GERD I don't know.
I am in the market for a .308 , recoil doesn't bother me but I'm only 5 ft and I have short arms im smaller framed and I need something good for a smaller person. Open to suggestions. Should I go with a youth?
Is anyone on an anxiety medication besides a beta blocker that actually treats the anxiety in your head and not just the physical aspects of it? I need something really bad for severe anxiety that isn't going to make my IST worse. I have propranolol but it doesn't stop the anxiety from my heart rate and everything else going on in my life. My doctor prescribed Cymbalta but it can raise norepinephrine and God knows I don't need any more of that. Has anybody found anything that works?
I suffer from cardiophobia. Severe debilitating cardiophobia. I had gotten diagnosed with wpw when I was pregnant in 2018 my pathway was extremely weak conducting but my EP did an ablation anyways to give me peace of mind. After that I developed Pacs and inappropriate sinus tachycardia. I've been under extreme stress my mother just passed away 6 weeks ago and expectedly and I've been riddled with anxiety. I felt a strange chest sensation about 2 weeks ago and it has set me off the deep end in a spiral I went to the ER had two EKGs spent several hours there blood work etc all normal. Had an echo and 14 day heart monitor in January February everything looked great I had a couple runs of a high heart rate and 109 total Pacs the whole time no other arrhythmias. I have kept a weird chest sensation ever since the first time I can't tell if it's skipped Beats or if it's literally something like a muscle spasm I genuinely need help in trying to find out how to calm myself down and stop believing that I have developed a deadly arrhythmia or will be developing a deadly arrhythmia. I'm really struggling bad. I am currently on flecanide and propranolol. I've seen two different EPs and I'm going for a third opinion on the 17th I really feel like I'm losing my mind.

I went to the ER today for chest pain and what I thought was heart palpitations. I've had a cough for a couple days and I don't know if I've caused this condition from coughing and stress because I'm extremely tensed up. I'm under a massive amount of stress after losing my mom suddenly a couple weeks ago. I have PVCs and I've had skipped beats plenty in the past. But I started experiencing in the last few days a chest vibrating sensation like bubbles in there when I lay on my side or my stomach my sternum hurts into my back. I had two EKGs at the ER today spent over 5 hours being monitored two troponin levels electrolyte levels everything was fine I have no arrhythmias that showed up in the 5 hours that I was there or anything like that EKGs were fine I had a normal Echo a couple weeks ago I don't know if this is Costochondritis or what. The ER doctor didn't suggest it he didn't really know what it would be we just know that it's obviously not heart related. I was just wondering if anybody else dealt with this.
