59 struggling with constipation for a year bloated like a pregnant woman

Extreme stress made changed my bowels becoming so irregular but constipation and bloating is what I am dealing with for a year , laxative don't work anymore even doctors dismissed it as IBS , Ultrasound revealed nothing, X ray fecal impaction... Has anyone suffered the same symptoms reassure me ..

Hello , I am 59 struggling with constipation for a year+ bloated like a pregnant woman, I was going through a lot of problems and became constipated ever since...

Pebbles like stool, laxative don't work at all and horrible pain in the left side of abdomen ..Has anyone suffered the same symptoms? can it be IBS-C....
