how is the Pantene miracle rescue 10-1 leave in conditioner spray?

I need a new leave in conditioner spray- I was using pureology but just not liking it. I tried some coconut oil spray and it left my hair greasy. I may try "it's a 10" but thinking maybe this pantene 10 in one spray- has anyone tried it for fine hair?

Only a partial response on Qulipta?

I started 60 mg Quilipta on June 1st so it has almost been 2 months now. The severity of the migraines are considerably less, I do not have to take abortive medication as often now- however the frequency is just as much, maybe even more (This month I am already at 18 migraines) and it is still disabling (still waking me up, aura, fatigue, nausea)- Should I keep trying it and see if it gets better or should I try another anti-cgrp? This is the first one I have tried. I am also on Botox every 12 weeks and Ubrelvy as needed for migraines.

Which medical show to watch next?

I am almost finished ER. I’ve watched the Pitt, House, nurse Jackie.

I tried to watch the good dr and couldn’t get into it.

It looks like next options are The Resident, Chicago med, this is going to hurt or code black. Any recommendations on which one to watch after ER? Something more medical like the Pitt and ER (not like greys anatomy).

In Canada- is sharkfest 2026 on Disney +? I remember trying last year in 2025 and it was only showing old episodes, not new.

Coffee shop caramel sauce?

Anyone know where I can buy a bottle of caramel sauce in Victoria specifically for coffee? At the grocery store I see ice cream caramel sauce but I think it’s a bit different than for coffee? Thanks

Does anyone feel body pain/aches even when not in a migraine? Is it from the migraines?

I have chronic migraine for 2 years now (around 20 migraines per month) and since they started so frequently I am in daily pain- acnes and pain all over and a very heavy feeling even when not in a migraine. My neurologist said it could be from the migraines but didn't sound definitive. It sort of sounds like fibryo when I google it but just wanted to see if anyone else has this from migraines?

Just got Quilipta! What time do you take it at?

I am so excited! But also very nervous as I’m sensitive to side effects. I was prescribed 60 mg as I have severe and frequent migraines (16+ a month) . If I get side effects I’ll call neurologist office to ask if I can cut it in half.

What time do you take it at? I’m thinking of trying at dinner for my first time.

Thanks.

When Dr or dentist tells me to clench my teeth why can’t I?

I have been grinding my teeth at for a long time. I have a night guard to protect my teeth but it’s not helped the grinding.

I’m wondering if anyone else has this issue and why but when the dentist or a dr tells me to clench my teeth together for them I can’t do it at all!

Any Canadians here on both Botox and Qulipta for chronic migraine?

What was the process like getting Pharmacare coverage and working with AbbVie Care?

My neurologist is trying to get me on Qulipta now because Botox has helped severity but not frequency enough. AbbVie Care submitted to Pharmacare but said it could take 30–90 days.

Also wondering if anyone else was denied the temporary samples/bridge medication because they were already on Botox? My neurologist thought I’d be able to start while waiting, but AbbVie Care told me they won’t do that if you’re already receiving Botox coverage.

Just curious what others experienced in Canada.

Anyone in Canada BC on Botox get approved for Quilipta too?

I’m having a hard time becaue I’m on Botox. My neuro told me Abvvie care would give me free samples while I wait to see if pharmacare approves me which can be 30-90 days! I am in agony everyday. Every single night being woken up from migraines. Botox has helped severity but not frequency still getting 25 migraines per month but Abvvie care won’t give me the sample Quilipta while I wait for pharmacare approval as they said I’m on Botox.

I then called Cananda life insurance to ask if they will approve me but they said to wait for pharmacare as they won’t approve of on Botox too.

So my choices are get off Botox but the Botox has been keeping me out of the ER every week.

Wondering if anyone experienced this with being on Botox and trying to get an anticgrp tpp and how long it takes with waiting for pharmacare approval??

When I wake up I feel like I have had NO sleep.

I am 39F and this has been going on since I was a child. I can remember all of my dreams each night and have very vivid dreams. I was tested for sleep apnea and it was negative. I am going to a sleep test next week to see what is going on but curious if anyone else has experienced this?

is it ok to have stool softener 1-2x per week?

I also have restorlax which I was told is ok to take everyday. I am taking iron supplements right now and it is going to be a long road so I need something to help. Stool softeners help more than restorlax but I heard not to take more than everyday for a week. Just wondering if anyone has ever been told it is ok to take stool softener 1-2x per week long term?

Migraines have been waking me up at about 3:30am for a week now (today is 7th day) I am going crazy! I am barely sleeping. is this time to ask my dr for a s teroid taper? The migraine is going away in the day once I take ubrelvy, get coffee and sit up but I am only getting a4 hours sleep every night and the migraine just keeps coming back everyday.

*note: I ended up starting the prednisone taper

Before botox (started July 2025) I was getting woken up by severe migraine causing me to vomit between 12am-2am. After botox, it is now 4am (which is slightly better than 12-2am but I am still not sleeping well).

I am wondering why this is happening, and if anyone else had this situation what helped?

I called headache clinic yesterday and said i need more preventative than botox this is unbearable and I am not functioning. I also have a sleep specialist calling me today.

*I have been tested for sleep apnea already and it was negative

I also wear a night guard as I grind my teeth everynight.

I have been on botox for almost 1 year (in July will be a year). Migraines are still more than 15x per month, but severity is better but they are still affecting me greatly. My neuroglist said i can't be on both an anti-cgrp and botox at same time as insurance won't cover that 9I am in Canada- Canada life insurance). Has anyone dealt with this and was able to get both approved somehow or stop botox and try something like ajovy or quilipta? I am just so worried that if I stop botox the severity will come back to what it was like before (which was so bad I was in ER a lot).

To be clear I’m not inquiring about long term disability- I’m curious if anyone applied with their doctor for the tax credit?

Thanks!
