this verse from Scorpions 🦂

If we'd go again

All the way from the start

I would try to change

Things that killed our love

Yes, I've hurt your pride

And I know what you've been through

You should give me a chance

This can't be the end

I'm still loving youuuuuuuu

What's keeping you awake?

Any particular reason that beautiful soul is still up?

i just read something and it made me sit down a bit

Well I said I didn't have the mental energy but I guess I lied.

Someone wrote about him having spent the entire day high until bed, after coming from the cemetery, still grieving his dead son after 10 years. Made me think about how much we take our loved ones for granted and don't realize we could lose them at any time in our lives.

If you love someone show them before life takes them away and leaves you regretting the time you had the opportunity to love them but never did.

Why does there seem to be so little social awareness in public spaces Morocco?

It's infuriating how inconsiderate people are of each other and how blind they act in social situations. You could be in a bus, train, or waiting room, and someone will start blasting Reels at full volume, have a phone call on speaker, or block the entire aisle without a second thought. Like hello??? There are people here and it's called a public space for a reason, It's like the possibility that they might be disturbing everyone else never even crosses their mind.

And it's not just public transport. People stop in the middle of busy sidewalks, cut lines, throw trash wherever they please, or have loud conversations in places where everyone is expected to be quiet. I'm genuinely curious what causes this. Is it a lack of self-awareness, a lack of respect, or are people just so used to it that they don't even notice anymore?

Obviously not everyone is like this, but it feels common enough that I notice it almost every day. Has anyone else felt the same, or am I just paying too much attention?

These network operators are getting way out of line

I've never seen such atrocious acts as the ones committed by these so-called operators, they're abusing their power to an extreme extent. Prices are x10 compared to other countries and you can't do anything about it since they're the only actor in the scene. Subscriptions and contracts are annoyingly ambiguous on purpose, that you end up paying fees out of nowhere if you ever want to cancel. Every process is unclear and a mountain to climb, to get a solution to your problem you need to have gone through therapy not to curse out the call center agents. On top of all this, they can't leave your phone alone with unnecessary and irritating messages that you somehow can't disable whatsoever.

What prevents us from deciding to suddenly stop participating in this debauchery? They literally have us from the scruff of our necks and there's no other solution than to stop using this, which is a long shot by all means, that's exactly why they're abusing their power. They know that whatever they decide to bestow upon us, we have no other choice but to run towards them. Except, we do have the choice.

Let go of trying to love the potential version of them you hope they will become

To truly love someone, you need to accept them for who they are rather than try to mold them into your own image. You should give them the freedom to exist authentically inside the connection, & most importantly honor the choices they make, including their choice to leave you, in which case you should let them go. You cannot force anyone to change what they already made up their mind about, hence the only way to truly love someone is to let them be.
