I live near New Tampa so the location looks good and it has a lot of reviews. Curious to hear thoughts from other Tampa natives who have used them or another recommendation.

last around 5 years
include minimum purchases
include price floors
include price ceilings
are mostly take-or-pay
Meaning customers can't simply disappear if prices fall.
I wouldn't be locking myself up in a contract with Micron if TurboQuant or Groq would reduce memory demand

Woke up at 7:30 AM for a check-in and saw that he declined the meeting. I asked should I reschedule for later today or reschedule for tomorrow, but haven't received a reply. I'm the one who is OE while the other guy just has 1 job. Now imagine the heat I would get if the roles were reversed because I was OE LOL.
Bear case: +40% downside, goes down to a 10x multiple due to cyclical concerns

Base case: today's prices and the latest run-up is justified due to the memory & storage shortage

Bull case: +40% upside, goes to a market average 20x multiple as earnings appear to be more structural and less cyclical

Blue sky scenario: +110% upside, goes to a market premium multiple at 30x as earnings explode and this becomes the new normal
I've had this colony for 2 years and it keeps growing, but it has closed this week. I did see aiptasia yesterday in the colony. And use F Aiptasia to cover it. But still not opening. All other coral are ok
