If you got rejected for a job, say it was for a specific role for a certain department or agency that's a small team; could you still reapply in the future and maybe come on board?
Currently got an offer from a large firm to do a certain job. Pay is around $120k.
A job opening via USAJobs recently came out that does the exact same job, just as a GS-13 and I'm tempted to at least apply.

I'm just feel defeated. I'll never get an opportunity like that ever again. It was seriously a perfect role and I REALLY wanted it. I just messed up the interview and while I learned from it, I'm kicking myself in the nutz for screwing it up.
I know I can find a job that's good and meaningful, but it wont be the same.
After interviewing I was told I wasn't hired for a job. I'm crushed and devastated. Would it be advisable to maybe interview the hiring manager and ask for feedback?
I haven't used Paypal in 6+ years. I originally made it when I was 16 but today I logged in for the first time since 2020 and was immediately hit with a message saying that I could no longer use Paypal! I only have a small handful of transactions since 2019 and don't know what could have caused this.
Any idea as to why? I also got an email today the moment I logged in that informed me of the limitation.
I applied for a job with the Army a few months ago. 5 weeks after applying the civilian deputy reached out directly to me to discuss additional testing, and few weeks after that we had a interview.
About 2 weeks after the interview I got a email from USA Staffing saying I was eligible for the grade and referred to the hiring manager. When I logged on to the USA Staffing web portal it said my application status was "not referred."
So what's actually correct here? How can a email say one thing, but the website say the opposite?
