Got bored with the Warlock and wanting to make a Cold Blizzard Sorc. Yea I know about the busted Shock Blizzard but I’ve played shock for the last 4-5 seasons, I’m over it.
Kinda confused as to what affix/tempers to go for. In previous seasons, Ice Spikes was a crit not a DOT so we tempered for crit. But what about the non-Ice Spikes damage, is that considered a DOT?
