TL;DR: I think I missed out on choosing signals due to be too deep in the you know what ideology. I was doing soft looksmaxxing like hitting the gym, and having a skin care routine nothing serious. I think this proves that game don’t matter if women like how you look.
I’m also black and 5’5 for stats, here’s some examples I’ve had over the years for choosing signals. Ever since I was young I’ve had girls do weird things, for example when I was in middle school like 6th-7th grade. Had a chick ask me to hold her while she danced(I hugged her around her waist while we were on a platform without railings), another chick added my snap from another coworker without my permission(same chick who added me tried to hook up with me at her place, when we were at a bar after work), I got another chicks snap before she quit, and I had a manager treat me differently after getting lean. I caught her checking me out, and she would stare and not break eye contact.
From my personal experience, it’s bars and clubs. These are the only places will I have a better chance of hooking up irl, it seems the “matchmaking” is better in person than dating apps. I had chicks get touchy feely with me in my actual range vs matching with overweight 2 and 3s on dating apps. Not to mention I was close to hooking up with a coworker from an old job at a bar, just because she wanted me more than I wanted her.
