haha pa-rant lang. 3rd day ko pa lang, bago akong HR sa team, lima kami.

I have experience working as an HR before so may alam na ko sa HR processes, di ko alam kung dahil ba alam nilang may exp na ko kaya they expect me to figure out the company’s step by step processes on my own.

iba iba kasi process per company diba? ofc i want to adhere with my new company’s HR processes, kaso jusko naman.

first day ko, “turn over” ng task, kasi yung dating may hawak ng hahawakab ko is ililipat ng ibang facet. then days onwards, iniwan na ko. as in walang nagsusupervise sakin if tama ba pinaggagawa ko, or within the company’s standard ba. as in like, “oh eto tools mo, bahala ka na.”

tapos ang random bigla na may itatanong sila sakin or may hahanapin sila na parang ang tagal tagal ko na nagttrabaho don. ate, 3rd day ko pa lang.

di ko naman expect i-babysit ako but teh train niyo naman ako kahit ilang days lang, tas pag mali mali ginawa ko ang balik is sakin din naman.

hahaha di ko naman tinatantanan sa tanong yung nagturnover sakin, isang tanong isang sagot lang din naman siya. imbis na mapadali buhay naming dalawa, hindi e.

hay ewan. basta wala nagrant lang ako.

Bago ako, i hate the feeling. Okay yung trabaho, pero feeling ko di ako belong. Does it get better?

Problem/Goal:
dealing with a lot of rejections rn, pinanghihinaan na ng loob.

i know the quote “rejection is redirection” pero tangina naman purgang purga na ko. nagaapply ako as HR, may 1year exp (leader role), tangina alam ko gamay na gamay ko na mga interview, kahit isang oras pa kami magusap ng interviewer g lang, i know to myself nakukuha ko naman kiliti nila at nageenjoy sila sa conversation with me, pero laging ganyan ending. (i’m not bragging tho, sa dami lang ng pinuntahan kong interview natanong na ata sakin lahat ng possible question)

pag magaapply ako sa entry level role, sasabihin parang over-qualified ako. pag naman magttry ako magapply sa mas mataas na position like supervisor, di pa enough experience ko. tangina pagod na pagod na ko. wala na din kong pera pamasahe papunta sa mga onsite interviews. nakakawalang gana.
