I have some agricultural land( coming from fore fathers) in my village. My grandparents live in that village. Every now and then the other farm owners who has their farm land beside ours, they would make a mess to occupy our land, even though we have all the legal documents. My fear is that i am not aware of all those assets what are our limits and boundaries, so what will happen after my parents.

What is the best thing to do, i am thinking like selling those assests and buy a land in city where i live, or invest in mutual funds or buying a commercial property.

So, all my friends are in Hyd but I was working in Blr. After 4 years of wanting to move, I finally bagged a job here a month ago and have been living it up with my friends.

Hi have a 8 year old acer predator laptop, kind of in a bad condition. Camera not working, speakers not working, unable to read SSD (think connection issue it is recognising ssd it remove and connect it back), screen frame coming off at one corner ( i am using it with a paper clip 😆).

What to do with it. I need a personal laptop something thin and light and has more battery backup ( thinking of Macbook M5 air) or can i consider an ipad? Main usage is documents editing and teams should work for attending interviews.
