Please help me with this question I'm really suffering from TB

I know it's not best place to ask but I'm desperate. So I went to a charitable hospital to avoid crowds of govt hospitals and got x ray done now to start DOTS medication I also need sputum test however I'm unable to produce enough if at all that's required for test and I'm suffering from symptoms because I can't start treatment without that test (it's been days since I'm trying), now my question is if I go to a govt hospital and show them my x ray which clearly shows tb and tell them I have all symptoms and I'm really suffering will they start my dots medication without sputum test?

I made a big mistake by buying prime

I just bought prime shopping edition today hoping I will get 150 off on 300, 100 off on 200 etc offers like others on Amazon now but for some instantly after buying prime, my Amazon now offer of 50 off on 400 and 100 off on 700 that I already had changed, it's now 50 off on 500 and 100 off on 900, I thought prime is supposed to make your experience better?

Man I knew it i shouldn't have done that now I'm fucked

I was getting 70% off for a while now but yesterday I wanted to place a schedule order but accidentally placed quick order so I cancelled it and ordered again properly, I had a feeling cancelling the order or ordering twice a day might remove 70% from my account and it did ☹️

Could someone please please help me with this question

Before you started medication, it probably took you many weeks or months before you figured out you had tb and during that time you were close to your friends and family and coughing around them, did anyone of them unfortunately end up getting tb as well? Or is it not so contagious such that despite coughing around them they were fine because if it was that contagious I could cough in a crowded place and give tb to 100s of people, but close family have prolonged exposure so it's a bit different
