I want to study and move to Belgium and the master's degree I'm interested in (Pedagogische Wetenschappen) is in Dutch. Thus, I wanted to spend around 2 years just being a language student to learn the language at the necessary level before applying for the degree and actually be competent (C1).

If it helps I'd prefer to apply for the degree at University Ghent. Still, I have no problem moving to Ghent later on if the other two cities offer a better structure and courses when it comes to learning Dutch. So which one do you think is the best?

Knowing the Godhand only appears at the lowest moment and they do try to manipulate you I almost kinda see it as similar to the One Ring's influence in Lord of the Rings.
