Hi everyone,

As the title says, my setup gives absolutely unreliable results with every cup.

I set the grinder to 19g in the doppio sieve. Then I tried to get the 39-40g of coffee in 22-25 seconds as I learned it. The weird thing however is, that with one brew I get 36g in 22 seconds in the cup, with the next brew I get 74g in 20 seconds and on the literally next cup I get 24g in 25 seconds in the cup...

I tried a lot of different beans and roasts. All are weirdly inconsistent. My current beans are the El Capitan by Süssmund in Vienna. Roast date was the 02.07.2026 and they recommend to wait 2 weeks before using the beans so it shouldn't be fine.
For dialling in I always take my time and use at least one pack of beans to get it right. I used so many different beans because I thought it might be the beans...?

I deep cleaned my machine maybe half a month ago as I thought maybe this might be a problem. Nope, still weird results. I keep logs on all settings for the grinder and the 19-19,5g per doppio sieve is always perfect from the grinder so I think it's not the amount.

I have a spring loaded damper with 15(?)kg set up so it shouldn't be different from brew to brew.

I am hinestly out of ideas guys. Same settings, same EVERYTHING gives completely different results cup after cup.

vielleicht is ja jemand von euch hier bissle in der Jus-Branche unterwegs und kann mir da helfen?

Ich würd gern mein Balkonkraftwerk auf die Allgemeinfläche (Dachfläche) vom Mehrparteienhaus verlegen. Es würd das äußere Erscheinungsbild nicht verändern und wäre keine bauliche Maßnahme(?), da ich nichts an der baulichen Substanz ändere.

Die Panele würden per Ballast gesichert und die Kabelführung per klemmen am Fallrohr befestigt, so dass sie das Gesamtbild nicht stören.

Weiß jemand, ob da die sogenannte "stillschweigende Zustimmung" gilt? Also wenn ich die Miteigentümer informiere und ihnen eine Frist gebe, dass sie DAGEGEN sein können, aber sie nicht DAFÜR sein müssen?

Bei "kleinen" EV-Ladestationen im Allgemeinbereich gibt es das stillschweigende Einverständnis, zur PV finde ich allerdings im WEG nix. Vermutlich kenne ich die Fachbegriffe nicht, die für meinen Fall zutreffend wären.

Diese Anfrage ist NATÜRLICH AUSSCHLIESSLICH INFORMATIV gedacht. Falls jemand zufällig öfter mit sowas zu tun hat wärs cool wenn ihr einfach kurz eine Info da lassen könntet. Wenn es nur die betreffenden Paragrafen sind, so dass ich selbst die Infos extrahieren kann wärs auch schon unglaublich viel geholfen

Recently started seeing a nice girl. I really thought she could be the one as she is really smart and funny and she actually showed interest in me.

She has a few chronic diseases including PCOS and some digestive issues due to which she is VERY vulnerable to infections in the urinal tract. I was fine with us taking it slow for her medical reasons and in the 6 months we knew each other we only hadd 3 sexual things going on for this reason.

No big deal for me, I told her we can go on her terms as her wellbeing actually mattered to me.

Two days ago my mental health was REALLY bad and I asked her if she could just cuddle me or pat my back or fucking SOMETHING to make the thoughts go away. Her response? "Nah girls shouldn't spoil men too much. That makes them feel too great about themselves..."

I opened up and explained to her what it feels like to live with constant feelings of getting your chest crushed, permanent Deja-Vu, permanend nausea, permanent feeling of hopelessness and she just sat there looking at me. Then apparently her urinal infection flared up again and she asked me to leave.

No contact yesterday and today the text: "maybe we shouldn't see each other as I think we should just work on our own health issues and I can't be carrying you through life" and some other rumbling

I know I dodged a bullet and I know there are so many better ladies out there and I am looking forward to meeting them. But knowing that half a year is "wasted" just because I (as a man) dared to talk about feelings and mental health makes me sick. Her physical health wasn't an issue and it was "normal" but if I have mental problems it's not okay? Yeah fuck that.

To all my bros out there: yes, I am in therapy and yes, it is going really great! I already learned to not hate myself too much and I already learned that it's me who matters most in my life. I am the captain of this ship and I decide where to go but if the wind in my sails suddenly turns around and unexpectedly crashes me into a huge rock, that's still unexpected and hits hard.
