How bad is it ? 49F , ortho ordered strict surgery
Been suffering from lower back pain for a decade and done a MRI 6 yrs ago and result came out as slight disc bulge and lately I've been experiencing intense flare up and my butt and leg hurts like hell ..
So went to an ortho , he ordered x-ray and adviced surgery is must my condition...
Been sleepless since the visit . Is there any other way to cure this without surgery ??

22M 96kgs 178cms , been trying to lose weight , and recently started running with a pace not bad for my experience and weight.
But somewhere I heard running is bad for my knees as a fat guy . Is it actually true ?? I'm not getting any knee pain while running or post running
