Hi, I just wanted to share my current situation.

I have around 2 years of experience as a Backend Developer, working mainly with Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, and related technologies.

Honestly, I feel like I'm heavily underpaid. Sometimes it feels really demotivating when I see 2026 freshers getting paid more than I do.

Back in 2024, I got an offer of ₹23k, but I rejected it thinking I'd get something better. Looking back, that was probably the wrong decision. After searching for a while without much luck, I finally accepted a job that paid ₹19k per month and stayed there for about a year.

After a year, I decided to switch because my company asked me to sign a bond, and I wasn't okay with that. During the interview process with my current company, the HR told me I'd be getting around ₹30k in hand, so I went ahead with the interviews. I cleared everything and got selected.

But when the offer came, it was only ₹24k. I felt like they knew I was desperate to leave my previous company because of the bond, and they used that to negotiate the salary down. At that point, I didn't really have any other option, so I accepted it.

It's average IT company based in Ahmedabad... And wanted to get out desperately but current market is too tough and I can't get interview calls please help me to get out of it.

Built a tool called MigrationSafe that checks Postgres migration files for risky operations before production.

It catches things like:

• NOT NULL columns without DEFAULT
• DROP COLUMN
• indexes without CONCURRENTLY
• foreign keys without NOT VALID
• and other risky migration patterns

Around 20 checks right now.

Hi there, recently I made a post ( PART - 1 ) about how I couldn’t stop thinking about her. But finally, I made a decision and cut it off.

As I mentioned, I asked her for a call and she agreed. But that call made me realize something—I had to beg just to talk to her. That day, she called me on WhatsApp and the call lasted around 1:30 minutes.

I asked her why she replies only once or twice a day, and she said she has her notifications turned off, so she can’t respond. Meanwhile, I had pinned her chat on my WhatsApp. Then I asked if we could meet, and she said we could plan something next Saturday and that she would let me know. But deep down, I knew she probably wouldn’t.

We talked about general things—her family, her mom going to Haridwar, when she’ll return, what her parents do, and all that.

After the call ended, the next day she texted me “good morning” on her own, which she almost never does. But still, deep down, I know she’s not the one.

Till now, I’ve never been obsessed with someone like this before. I started noticing things like even her Snap score—if it increased and she still didn’t reply, I’d wonder what I did wrong.Even i started remember her msgs timestamps... Every day, I kept checking her profile multiple times.

She posts Instagram stories, snaps, and has time for everything—but not to reply to me. That hurts more than anything. I understand that everyone has their own time and priorities, even I do sometimes. But completely ghosting someone like this… I just can’t handle it.

Every day I kept thinking about her, while she just didn’t care.

So… I stopped.

To all guys and girls out there:

"Kisi ki aadat mat bano, aur kabhi kisi ko jhooti tasalli mat do."

For you, it may mean nothing—but for someone, it can mean everything.

And I think from now on, I won’t trust anyone this way again.
