Could only get a poor quality phone video but I caught some action after nonstop rain

I didn’t have enough evidence that the HOA was involved when the last nest was taken down (or even active) but the swallows rebuilt and the babies are fledging now no problems. Next year I’ll keep much more notes and time stamps checking daily to make sure no more nests are ever taken down. Happy family in the end
