I’m 36 +1 and today and yesterday baby has had a lot smaller movements than she had two days ago.

However , she was super duper active two days ago.
But is usually not that active.
I have felt her do some small roles here and there but laying on my side usually gets her going…just small movements .

I’m not expecting huge kicks anymore but if it’s still 10 in two hours is she allowed to have a lazy day?

I have an appointment tomorrow at 10:30 so idk if it’s worth going in tonight.

Also random information but I’m also slightly sick too so maybe that’s slowing her down

Masters / BA in cyber
Military experience With leadership

Very competent

However…he is just so shy. He has always been this way . As teens he never had much to say and would stumble and ramble his way through sentences.

He has been working on his public speaking but he has a really bad nervous tick and rambles .

I love him to death but I definitely am the one to argue he didn’t want cheese on his burger.

I’m scared that this will hurt his job hunt. He is starting his applications / job hunt in November and I just worry about him.

From your experience is it always you boyishly handsome and charming people that are making it in this field or will they see his work ethic and capability as something to put faith in.

He never had to interview for a real job. He worked at Walgreens and then joined the military.

My dad has been sending slightly concerning emails.

‼️HE IS NOT A DANGER TO HIMSELF OR OTHERS ‼️

However he is having a really hard time. He said he has requested a mental health evaluation but it has come up void.

I’m thinking to call tomorrow but I’m scared they will drag him out and lock him in solitary unjustifiably.

He just needs to talk to someone …

I just really don’t know what’s wrong with me and my husband.
Okay so to start we love each other so so so so so much. We been together since 17/18
We genuinely are good together and there is no toxicity or unkindness. We communicate well…we just genuinely have had trouble on how to stop hurting each other.

Back when we were dating up until I was about 21 I was enamored by him…then I started going out. Not so innocent flirting and accepting compliments and drinks and I learn I like attention.
However I quickly snap back in order and we are good for a year .
Then I catch him talking to other girls randomly for about a month.

I was upset but I understand wanting attention and at that point we were newly married and I was going through it so not giving him attention like I probably should have.

Then he goes on deployment. I loose my freaking mind and am the worst version of myself. I end up cheating physically this time. ( multiple times same guy)

I stop on my own terms and then he gets back two months later. We are good . Locked in.

Months later he ends up also cheating physically with a girl he met on Reddit.

I’m like okay maybe we should. Get a divorce because this is insane we are these type of people. we don’t want to cheat on each other and their is of course shame and guilt involved but it’s genuinely like wtf is wrong with us.

But it’s not like he is doing it for revenge because he isn’t that person it’s like the devil is simply dancing in our marriage.

He struggled with lust from a young age . Was exposed to porn at about 8 by his brother and that led to a horrible porn addiction.

I was molested at 7 and also had a crazy porn addiction.

I genuinely can’t explain how good our relationship is. So much love and trust and we don’t want to keep doing this obviously. We are working to put each other first and really be on top of each other and everything….

We are 24/25 now and very happy . We have strict rules to hold each other accountable but it never feels suffocating.
I don’t go out . We both don’t have social media. We run a pretty tight ship.

Anyway that’s all. Anyone else slightly fucked up?

He has his BS and Masters in cybersecurity and 4 years of experience and an internship.

With the job market how long before he gets out should “we” start applying. He is done in April and I was thinking of urging him to start in December.

I’m just so worried for him with the job market . He wants me to stay home with our daughter and has dreams of the wfh big pay checks that were promised but obviously seem like a lie.

I don’t want him to be stressed.

Hello! I’m not a felon but by dad is currently serving time in prisión for some white collar crime. I think wire fraud and conspiracy to commit wire fraud .

He has a BA in sociology and a MA in criminology ( ironic I know) . He is also finishing a paralegal course.

He is hopefully getting out soon and they say he needs a W2 job. He is not really a blue collar guy . I know lots of construction companies and things of that nature hire felons.

Is his education to waste? Is there anything relevant to his field he can peruse realistically.

I’m Taking amoxicillin for a wisdom tooth infection.

I have a **posterior placenta** and have been able to feel baby girl pretty well up until first dose.

She usually is a lot more active . Once I started taking the amoxicillin she has been very …not herself…not kicking or moving.
After day 1 went to DR to check on doppler because I hadn’t felt her move all day. Heart rate was a chill 150
I kept going for three days feeling her move very rarely. Last night I forgot to take it and she is UPPPP
Jumping kicking moving all the baby things .
Any advice.
Everything says it dosnt affect her but I’m just concerned it’s making her sleepy or something

Dentist takes one X Ray opens my mouth and says oh my goodness

Wisdom tooth is crazy impacted and infected

Says she wants me to get urgent surgery ( but gives me antibiotics) but there is only one place in town to do oral surgery …I call and say hey I have a referral.

But then I say “ by the way I’m 22 weeks pregnant”

Finally moving back home from our time in the military!
We are bringing our first bundle of joy home and I run a STRICT PROGRAM.

Looking for something a little pricey/ selective. I also dont want/ need full time care .

She will be about 8/9 months when we move back and I’m looking for something maybe 2/3 days a week just to get her out the house.

Obviously no maternity leave
I never enrolled in short/ long term disability for my job I started last year.
Re enrollment for benefits is in August but I am currently 21 weeks pregnant.

I have read that I can’t enroll with “ pre existing conditions “

Is there anything I can do to not go 6 weeks without pay!?

My mom is going all out with my baby shower. We have a venue and decorator and all this probably going to be around 3000+

The thing is…we don’t have a big family. Or any family really . She is an only child the child of an only child . And my grandma is also no longer with us.
My dad also dosnt have anyone local or that I would feel comfortable inviting .
My husbands family is only his parents and two brothers ( they are from Mexico so their whole family is still down there )

We both don’t even have a lot of friends .
I just feel bad because I’m telling her we might only have a handful of guest. She really wants to do this for me so of course I’m not questioning it but I feel bad she is spending so much money for really nobody to be invited .

( also she said I just have to pay for the prizes for the games…what games .,.what prizes ?!?)

Even with her and his parents inviting their friends the guest list is not looking very long !
Advice needed !

Getting a elementary education degree from a 4 year college in California.

I’m currently 5 months pregnant and keep getting overwhelmed and dropping classes but I really wanna finish my degree asap.

For my college I have about 7 classes left but I have taken so many GE and electives and all the other random things .

I also don’t want to take out much more in loans.
My husband is getting his masters from WGU and is working at his own pace.

If I get to work with no more breaks I’ll finish in the spring of 2027

Would my time be much faster if I transfer ? Or should I stick it out . Thank you.

Last summer my husband and I had a plan to go to six flags. We got there and forgot the tickets at home ( military so it was physical tickets ) and it was also like 100 degrees in Texas.

He said while waiting in line “ maybe we should just go to the water park instead “

He was fully willing to leave , go to Ross to get swimsuits , and change plans but that was too much changing plans so we still go to six flags.

I told him later that day ( we left early it was so hot) that I wish we went to the water park . He said it’s okay we can come back next summer.

Cut to this summer…pregnant
No water park for me ( I love the water park and water slides )

Next summer…small baby…no water parks for me

So I’m basically crying because I missed the chance to enjoy Hurricane Harbor as an adult with my husband anytime soon .

I wish I said yes.

We decided to name our sweet baby girl Ana Lucia
However…I don’t want her name to be Ana
My husband wants it because it’s the traditional way and
I love Lucia
Her full name would be Ana Lucia Renee L/N

I just don’t care for her name being Ana…I know I can call her just Lucia .

What do you think?
Should we write Ana on the birth certificate or just leave it be?
