Samaritans has closed their email service

It says on the website it’s closing officially in September but it seems they stopped it two months early as I contacted them today due to an incident I witnessed on the train & it’s been harrowing me and I got this response.

A Scottish man caught filming girls on train

Context: (from the person who posted) Was hesitant to post this but this perverted scumbag needs outed as seems hes a trequent on the trains making vile remarks to young girls!
My daughter and her friends were out for a meal in Glasgow last night and got the train home from central, while on the train another passenger noticed this creature sneakily taking pictures of my daughter and her friends, aged 16 & 17 btw! Why anyone thinks this is acceptable is beyond me 6g a grown "man" old enough to be her grandparent btw! invading a young girls privacy! disgusting
Cant thank the other passengers who intervened & stood up for the girls enough, one guy even got off at the stop before them and got his wife to drive him up to their stop to check they were ok e 1 vile scumbag outnumbered by decent human beings!
Thank you all so much, you guys could have helped prevent something much worse from happening
Scotrail on the other hand really should prioritise incidents.Thats another story!!
Taking this as a lesson to always be aware of their surroundings, you just never know which creep you could be sitting beside

Going back to driving lessons after 10 years

Hello!

I started driving lessons in an manual car in 2016 when I just turned 17 (UK) as my mother got an instructor from my neighbour who recently passed & he’s an anxious guy. I was fine driving in quiet spaces but one day my instructor threw me into the deep end after 3-4 lessons into busy traffic. He then said I couldn’t understand my left to my right despite knowing I’ve got dyspraxia & lost all his patience. He would also make up lies about me to my parents. The only thing I was good at was a three point turn but it’s been many years. He told me not to bother and we cut lessons early.

10 years later & much more confidence now, my mother has asked me to start again as I’ve finally finished education. But I’m going to try in an automatic. Can you all give me tips as I’m so nervous about it! I kinda need to drive for my job and I hate relying on public transportation now. As I live where there’s a train every hour or a bus every hour.

BGT 2007 Semi-Final 1 - Caroline Boyes

I decided to post this as the crowds are immediately shouting ‘Off!’ from when she appeared on stage. I think this is what we are missing in current BGT. But I don’t think the public could handle this as the media will uproar about this. From 19 years ago till now.

I also don’t know why Caroline was put through by Amanda, Simon & Piers. I do think the producers convinced them to put her through to cause the crowd to go wild for the very first semi final of BGT. Despite Amanda & Piers saying Yes in the auditions. I do miss strict Simon sometimes

8th - 62 points
Germany was represented at the Eurovision Song Contest 1986 with the song "Über die Brücke geh'n", written by Hans Blum, and performed by Ingrid Peters. The German participating broadcaster on behalf of ARD, Bayerischer Rundfunk (BR), selected their entry through a national final. Ingrid won with 4,236 votes. Peters was the fourteenth performer on the night of the Contest, following Belgium and preceding Cyprus. At the close of the voting the song had received 62 points, placing 8th in a field of 20 competing countries.
Ingrid had try to compete for Eurovision in 1979 & 1983 but failed in the NF.
