I remember when these were $2 or at least close to that. Granted, this is a metro where things are a bit pricey but they’re still $3 in the bigger stores.

I received an email the other day about the payment for a pre-order being declined. This payment came from the same card I'd always used with Amazon so I thought it might be a glitch and tried to send the payment through, but got the same email the next day. Looked up things online and read that deleting the card details and then putting them back in, but now Amazon won't accept that. Everytime I try to put the details back in, it refuses and says there's a problem with them. I tried several times, but now I'm locked out for 24 hours.
I don't get it, what am I missing? I'm using the same card I've been using with them for years. I ordered from them a month ago and it was fine.
Any insight would be amazing.
I'm in Australia, ordering from Amazon US using an Australian card if that makes a difference.
Not many pick ups this year from Bookfest. Most of the table was full of Japanese editions which were expensive. Next time I’ll maybe get there early on day one as I’m told the manga gets cleaned out pretty early.
Wasn’t planning to pick up Sgt Frog volume 4 but I had 1-3 so why not even if it is a little battered.
I was really surprised to find Red River there at that price. I didn’t think the omnibuses had brought the price of the singles down THAT much. Cheaper and in better condition than Sgt Frog.
I swore when I got my console, I’d never buy a S2 game on release at full price. That didn’t last long. This is my first Star Fox game, despite owning an N64 in my childhood and I’m excited to start.

So happy this is here, but I'm confused. I pre-ordered this from Amazon US and I live in Australia. How did they get it here in 3 days?! It must have come straight off the plane onto the truck. Did it clear customs while it was in the air?
Didn’t think I’d pull the trigger on this so soon, but I noticed a price drop at Officeworks and one left at my local so I took the plunge. Had about $300 of points I earned through work. The supermarket have a 10% off gift cards so I paid most of the remainder with that. Now I just need to trade in my original Switch.
I confess I got Bananza last year, long before I got the console. I think Amazon made a mistake with the price one day and I pounced before they could fix it. This is the game I was most excited to play. It’s clear I’ll probably buy anything made by the Mario Odyssey team.
As for Story of Seasons, I noticed it went down to $60 ($42 USD) one day and decided to go for it. Good thing since it went up to $113 ($79 USD) the next day. Wait for me, Arata.
Preordered Digimon Time Stranger and am excited for StarFox though I might wait to see if I can get a better deal later.

Happy to have these to replace my DVDs. In retrospect, maybe I should’ve gotten the other two sets as well, but that felt like too much money at once. I meant to look into getting them in the 20% sale, but then life got busy and I forgot. Silly me. At least, I’ve got the sets with the hilarious dub.
Saw these for a good price so decided to grab them. The dictionary went down to $17 (from $66) so I’m guessing Amazon is about to get a new edition so they’re trying to shift all their old stock.
