Port (Isaac) it’s so laggy

I just started with my r36s. And today I installed my first port, and it’s so laggy. There is a form to make it less laggy?

I hate this (translate bellow)

He: Dude, with ssd the price goes up, it doesn't have, you can see that the condition of the console is not optimal, to that add shipping, you have to be realistic
Me: I'm not forcing you to buy it lol

Btw: It’s new, I just put the screen protector

Function botton does not work

I just bought my new R36s yesterday. And I think it has several problems. For example, it can't save games (I've tried it with several Pokémon games) and the function button doesn't work. What do you recommend I do? Should I return it or is there a solution?
