Hi guys. I have been experiencing a very bad time with my iphone.
Why iPhone is troubleshooting and not the ray-ban’s?
Well. In the timeline I had already like 5 Ray-ban pairs.
1st Gen 1. All worked fine, you put them in your face and they automatically connect.

Then Gen 2 mate, everything great, and then Gen 2 blue shiny. Same. Great.

But recently I bought a paur of Gen 1, and forgetting every before device from rayban, the thing is that, it creates two bluetooth lines.

One self connects, but it doesn’t go the sound through, it doesn’t even manipulate the volume.

In fact, in the app, I ran the tutorial, it says “play the music” turn the volume up or down.

Well, I pressed play, but it played it through the phone speakers.
Then the order was to turn up the volume, it did nothing to the phone but the tutorial accepted the order.
In the end it only works right if I manually press the second bluetooth of the same pair.

And this is happening also with a brand new pair of Gen 2.
