I renegotiate Basic TV, internet,2 tvs, no land line for $126.00. Is this good?

I don't use my PC very often but about 6 weeks ago I went on signed in and all of a sudden it went to automatic repair. Waited about 3 hours and it never could repair it it. used chatgbt and it took me thru a bunch of different steps. It even asked me if I could hear the fan. I honestly didn't know. Could this be some kind of hardware problem including the fan ir what else can you tell me it might be?
