Can anyone please help me or give me any ideas of what type of autoimmune diseases can attack the kidneys or ureters and cause flank and kidney pain ? Does anyone have ChatGPT plus or any other AI or medical AI technology that could give insight and help ?

This is wayy beyond Cuti and IC. Im literally dying and ive been left for dead, abandoned and neglected by all of the medical professionals and doctors where I live. Im too sick to travel. I need help or im going to die soon.

I grew up in the rural south in a very poor community. We really had no where to shop for clothing besides wallmart and a JC Penny's.

Ive never really seen a large scale quality upscale department store in my life or been to one. Now that' im im my 30s I really want to start taking the way I dress more seriously and improve.

After shopping at wallmart for clothing my entire life, can anyone tell me what stores/brands are a grade up from wallmart in quality and price? Im looking to upgrade my wardrobe without breaking the bank.

Looking for brand and store recommendations. Someone mentioned Nordstrom, L.L Bean. Im interested in what you all have to say.

Hey everyone. Im a 31 year old male. I have a nuerogenic bladder of unknown cause. I wear a chronic foley catheter to drain my bladder and keep it empty.

6 months ago I started getting perineial pain that was hurting and I could feel swelling and pressure into my anus. Especially when I sat down its like there's a ball in between my legs.

Ive had so many utis from the catheter itself. Multiple kidney infections and sepsis. I saw my urologist he said he doesnt treat prostatitis he only treats cancer and does robotic surgery. He sent me to an infectious disease specialist who said he didnt think it was prostatitis he said it was just the catheter irritating the prostate glan.

He didnt do any exam or anything. He said he cant give me antibiotics because ive had so many from past utis that he would just be breeding antibitoc resistance.

So I went back to my primary care who told me he couldn't handle this and wanted the urologist to handle it.

I was so desperate at this point I went to a walk in clinic

And begged for help and they said since I have specialist already they can't help me.

Like wtf should I do at this point? No one will do a simple prostate exam. Ive been to 6 different people who won't help. Im sitting here in tears from pain and frustration.

Does anyone have any advice or input ? Id even pay to see someone private through a zoom call. Someone who specializes in this

I saw so much hate online towards Viking Revolution and their products on reddit throughout the years. I decided to give it a try.

The two ingredients are argan oil and jojoba oil.

All I can say is this oil completely fucked up my beard. It made it as dry as a birds nest and scraggly. I had burning under my pores after using it and lost some hair because I think it was too harsh. Its just generally low quality junk .

Now im starting over with a new oil. Don't buy this garbage

I have cycled through 3 different brands of beard oil now, 2 new trimmers and different combs and brushes. It doesn't mater what I do. My beard looks chopped, un-even scraggly, thin. It sticks out all over.

I even switched shampoos twice. What gives ?

Im 31. Born in 95. Im a millennial.

I don't know what fb is like for the younger gen. But for me its a graveyard of old profiles that have been abandoned or people who never post. I have probably over 240 inactive profiles on my page or people who post once a year if that.

The west side is the softest place I've ever stepped foot in. I'd argue that even places like Greenville South Carolina are worse.

If you think that the west side of Charleston west Virginia is dangerous then you need to leave your home state and get out more.

I never had any IC symptoms prior to when I started getting catheter related UTIs. Over the last 3 years I have been hospitalized over 13 times for kidney infections and multi drug resistant UTIs. Ive had sepsis 3 times. Over 75 emergency room visits. Dozens of positive urine cultures.

Ive seen countless urologist about this. None ever helped me or had answers. Ive seen countless infectious disease specialists. None ever helped me. Ive seen 2 pelvic floor specialists. Useless. Countless cystoscopes, so much imaging and testing.

Im at my absolute wits end about what is causing my flank and bladder pain. Even whenever I dont have a UTI my entire urinary system from my penis, pelvis into my kidneys always feels inflamed. If I eat spicy or acidic foods my urine turns dark and I burn all over so bad that ive wanted to end my life from pain. Im in 24-7 pain. When I wake up, when i go to sleep..its making me go insane and lose my mind !

Antibiotics dont ever take my flank pain away or bladder pain. I have so much pain so deep inside my kidneys. None of my specialists have any idea why I hurt so bad and im always so tender.

I thought maybe it was C-UTI. But if thats true, why don't continous antibiotics do anything ? So I diagnosed myself with IC. Then I thought it was an embedded kidney infection. But no one in the C-UTI community has kidney or flank involvement. I have searched every message board.I can find online about this condition , and I can't find anyone that has a similar story. Not one. I think i'm one of the worst cases ever.

Does anyone out there think its possible ? I have all of the food triggers. Does anyone else have excruciating flank pain thats related to IC?

Ive never met anyone with kidney and flank pain from this. I just know I dont know how much more I can take..im considering bladder removal.

I've been on clonazepam for 16 years as prescribed. Since age 16. Im 31 now. I swear I have developed dementia from these drugs. I've lived in the same neighborhood 6 years now and I can't remember any of the street names , except for the one I live on.

I have friends from high school.That message me on social media all the time , and I don't remember any of them. Even after they mentioned memories , we shared together

My sister shows me photos from our child hood and I don't remember any of them photos.

Hey everyone. Im not stranger to UTIs or CUTI. Ive battled many throughout the years as someone who has nuerogenic bladder and has to self cath.

I went to the emergency room recently having chills, bloody urine, a high heart rate, excruciating pain in my right side..

The dr did a CT showed swelling in the right kidney and ureter. My urine culture showed klebsiella. They told me it was most likely from infection. I called my specialist who put me on 14 days of augmentin, which was sensitive on the culture.

Over the last 4 days that ive been on the antibiotic, my symptoms haven't improved at all. I feel absolutely terrible. Im drinking so much water yet producing hardly any urine. My heart rate has stayed at about 115 resting . I started having painful bladder spasms as well. I went back to the emergency room today and everything looked great? My urine was crystal clear. Not even one white cell or red cell. Despite the urine looking awful.

My white blood cell count and lactid acid were normal. My potassium was just a little bit high. So the doctor told me that i needed to wait at least a week for the inflammation to die down and 4 days was too soon. Yet I feel no better than when I began?

Any thoughts?
