The second amendment should protect from the feds but should not be applied against the states

I support any ruling that limits the authority of the federal government especially in criminal law, I believe the 10th amendment should be strictly followed.

The unanimous ruling against the federal ban on drug users owning firearms is good for the 10th amendment. If they hold this standard against the states it is a bad day for America. The American system is meant for 50 different Petri dishes of democracy a "go where you want to be" battle of ideas not a unitary state that is top down.

Today even as someone who thinks only professionals in law enforcement or security should be armed (only at work for security) I see this as a win for federalism and states Rights.

I'm taking my NLRB case to a private attorney.

The company thinks they can use the backlogged NLRB to not pay me oops they are going to regret this. NLRB said 26K I'm going for 100K.

Retaliation for Unionizing: Illegal termination.

Sex discrimination: I have proof that the female run company gave a woman 3 warnings and instant termination for the same behavior.

Back pay I was unemployed for most of the 6 months before getting my current job.

Damages and emotional distress lost my credit cards and my family needed to bail me out.

Bad faith stalling pretended they couldn't pay and refused to negotiate with the NLRB.

Laid everyone off for "going out of business" and now back under the same name.

Going to sue in DC and the case is ready for trial if I can do jury I will.
