Blushing

Is it Rosacea even though I’ve been diagnosed with it but I get hot and red in heat and embarrassment but then it goes right back down to my normal skin color after I cool down. Does any one else experience this.??? I don’t have persistent redness.

la roche posay Cicaplast cream

I don’t think this paste gets enough credit. I had a red dry patch on my face and nothing seemed to help it until I got this paste. The next day it was technically gone. Now I use it for dry spots and it heals them pretty much overnight. This is such a good product.

Biossance products

Has anyone tried any of their products and how well did it work ?? I’m looking into them because they’re sensitive skin friendly but skeptical over different reviews. Does it work or type 2 or type 1? And do you have sensitive skin? Thanks in advance:)

Nervous system healing

My skin clears up on its own when I focus on stressing less and using breathing techniques and eating salmon consistently at least 3x a week also bone broth and collagen supplements. This is proof you can do this naturally in some cases I’m not speaking for everyone. First pic is a bad flare up when stress hits the fan 2nd pic is when I focus on rest and stressing less. i only get bumps in this one spot for reference but I do get burning on my chin with bumps that I manage with Nizoral and nervous system regulation and the burning, redness and bumps go down significantly I do not use sunscreen or anything except aloe Vera:)

Kicking

What does baby kicking feel like? I’m 18 weeks and 5 days with my first baby and I woke up to what felt like fast thumping in my stomach. The thumping would start again when I would turn over lol. Is this what kicking feels like? It lasted for about 5-10 min on and off.

Routine

Only area of my face that has these bumps. Every time I manage to clear them up they come back obviously in heat and stress. I was diagnosed with rosacea where he prescribed me clindamycin which that only made the area more red and inflamed. My other cheek is a little red but that goes away quickly. I’ve tried cerave, sulphur soap and nizoral all I’ve had bad reactions to because it makes the area more irritated. Does this look something maybe metro gel could help with?? I just don’t know what to sue because the area is so sensitive. Only thing that helps in Aloe Vera gel. Any thoughts??

Hypochlorous spray

I tried sos Hypochlorous spray today and it sadly didn’t work. I know it’s been one day but I noticed a few hours after use more redness and irritation than before. I was hoping it would work because it has for
So many people but idk it’s heartbreaking.

Cleanser

I never had to wash my face but I’m looking for a good cleanser because I was just diagnosed with rosacea. The redness is very center faced like a patch with pustules it’s weird and redness on in same area on the other side of my face too. Every time I used a cleanser I’ve noticed those areas more red the next day. I’ve used cerave, sulphur soap and nizoral which all haven’t worked in those areas specifically. I’m looking into vani cream gentle face cleanser. Any luck with this one??

Has anyone here manifested clear skin?

I’m on a journey to heal my skin. I believe with nervous system healing as well as positive thinking and meditation will give me the results I’m looking for. Has anyone on here been able to achieve this.???

This stuff helps

I get pustules and a little redness on cheeks but this stuff I use twice sometimes 3x a day heals me up tremendously. I’m not saying it’s a cure but it’s 100% aids in healing it’s the only moisturizer I use.

Salmon

I notice when I eat salmon for weeks at a time my pustules disappear.
Does that mean I could have a lot of inflammation going on that’s causing rosacea I naturally have anxiety too along with social anxiety that causes flushing.

Pregnancy

Has anyone experienced a bad flare up in pregnancy? If so how did you cope mentally??.
My rosacea was pretty much gone pre pregnancy then I was sick first trimester and it got bad. It settled down a lot towards end of first trimester then amped up again in my second. Never had to wear makeup but with events coming up I feel like I have no choice.

Grieving

I’m so sad I used to have literally perfect skin until about a year ago! Now I have rosacea with little bumps. I’m so sad and I keep looking at old pictures blaming myself because I feel like a really stressful time caused this. I know my skin could be worse but it’s still not how it used to be and that’s what sucks the most.

Common

I have rosacea but I swear it’s not as common as it’s claimed. I never see anyone with rosacea not even on social media…. It feels isolating.

Pregnancy

How did you mange rosacea during pregnancy?? I barely had rosacea and learned to manage it with just sulfur soap, nizoral and aloe Vera. I’m 12 weeks and noticed a slight uptick in flare but nothing too too crazy. Just wondering how anyone dealt with rosacea in pregnancy or what to avoid. Thanks!

Advice

I’ve been very active and into weightlifting for years now I usually would go 5 days a week and then doing 8-10k steps a day. Let’s just say the first trimester has been HARD lots of vomiting and nausea also I’ve managed to lose a lot of weight. I’ve been able to hit the gym 4x a week recently atleast but just wondering if I should do 8-10k steps still even though I’ve lost so much weight. I’ve been prioritizing weightlifting over cardio because I can’t really even get in too much protein right now. I’m 12 weeks today so I’m really ready for the nausea to settle. Is cutting out cardio a good idea until I can get in proper nutrition?
