Hotspot usage while internet down.

Good morning ~ there is a problem with my Internet and it is not receiving a signal from Spectrum.

I have a tech coming out between 8 AM and 9 AM this morning, as of now I’m using hotspot to stay connected with the world.

How much hotspot would an hour, two hours maximum use? Good morning — my Internet is failing to receive a signal from Spectrum.

A technician is scheduled between 8 AM and 9 AM today; meanwhile, I am relying on a hotspot to remain connected.

How much hotspot data would one hour or two hours at most, consume?

Thinking about these (doesn’t have to be Tozo) max $50 USD.

So I’m looking at a few pairs of earbuds for work. I have a few questions.

I have the HT3 which I love but obviously that’s not feasible for working in a customer service environment.

The two that I have listed is their one advantage over the other? And with the medium ear cups, I’m almost kind of afraid that may fall out of my ears. Are there any other ones that I should consider?

Soda machine and coffee machine down for days.

They have been down for five days now. The story that I was told was it was Friday afternoon. They sent a tech out and raised it to a priority call. They have the parts, but with the weekend the distributor was closed.

I can respect that, Monday rolls around, with another callback, and this time it was routed to the wrong store. I understand that stuff happens. But the question is.

I would venture to say that the drink machine and the coffee machine along with lottery are 75% of our business. Now that we’re going on Wednesday morning, and still not fixed, is this more of an issue of it’s not a true priority, they don’t care or what?

Thank you for the advice.

I have the INIU 20.000 power bank. I purposely did not let my phone charge last night as I’m at 20%.. I will be using this all day today out and about.

So far, it’s not as heavy as I thought it was going to be. Are there any tips on when the power bank gets low when to charge? I was going to probably drain it and then recharge it overnight just like a regular cell phone unless somebody has a better idea for the first charge. :)

I’m set on one of these power banks based on research ~ thoughts?

The UGreen seems to be a bit heavier weight, but the INIU seems smaller ~ anything else I’m missing?

And I apologize for all the questions. I just wanna make sure I’m making an informed decision. I’ve also been looking for about three months..

Edit: I just bought it. The Iniu.

Unfortunately, I’m in Texas and haven’t had spotted cow in years. The next trip to the homeland (Wisconsin). I need to stock up. :)

Paramount+ essential vs Peacock Premium

For those that have Walmart +, what is your streaming perk of choice?

Do you rotate it depending on what is on either service or do you keep one over the other?

I’ve had Paramount+, but I have never had Peacock premium so

Missed punch ~ advice?

So we’re shortstaffed and my boss asked me to shut down the store tonight fine no big deal , turned off the lights, cleaned the roller grill, did the count ended the shift with paper work , and all was well until I walked out the door .

I forgot to punch out ~ now mind you I did text her immediately so she can see it in the morning because I left at 10:28 out the door but is there anything I need to do because I looked in Workday and I don’t see a way to submit it myself? And I’m sure I’m not the only one that’s this has happened to.

Thanks!

The INIU power banks

Here are the two images (separate images) from this morning. Apologies for the same image.

u/Sportsfan7702 — 22 days ago

So I found two of basically the same power bank ~ just wondering if the extra juice is worth it? (purchase advice from yesterday.)

So I’m definitely going to get the iniu, but is the extra capacity worth the money? The other one is $46 and is 20,000 MAH.

Best price on Tatisquatch?

So I really enjoy this flavor ~ currently I pay $15.74 for an 18 oz bag through Amazon. I don’t think I can get it any cheaper than what I’m paying, but I’m wondering if anybody has similar stories.

I haven’t had Burger King in ages . . .

It’s been at least three years (since my mom passed) but other than whopper Wednesdays ~ what are good things to get there?

Deal: INIU 20000mAh Portable Charger, Smaller 45W Fast Charging Travel Power Bank |

I’ve heard of the brand, but I’m wondering if this is a good option for a quick charge throughout the day. I have an anchor one that I’m using that’s only 10,000 MAH.

Retaining employees

Do you all face trouble keeping staff? I understand the role lacks glamour, yet it remains a position.

Over the past week, we lost one person through termination for giving away items, another through a walkout, and a trainee may not begin.

The issue—and I am struggling with this—is that I planned to cover two and a half hours ( paperwork that my ASM needed to do). . Since I only work 30 hours a week, this would require no benefits.

Why would corporate refuse when assistance is needed? My manager approved the plan.

What am I overlooking?

Living on the gulf coast and hurricanes question.

So I have never been to New Orleans, but my wife and I would love to visit one day. (Dallas area here) with that being said . . .

We all know what happened with hurricane Katrina. So my question is, and there may or may not be a proper protocol.

If no advisories or watches or warnings are issued, is there a gut feeling where one would stay or move in towards Baton Rouge, Jackson or even further.

And I do realize every storm is different, but since Hurricane Katrina, what would y’all do in this situation?

Thanks for listening to me rant. It was just something that popped into my head this morning with the tropical system coming in.

At the moment, what streaming services do you use?

So at the moment I have the Roku channel, Paramount + (thinking about switching it for Peacock) and I have Tubi installed, but I don’t really watch it.

In the next week or so, I’m thinking about adding the Disney bundle.

Picked this gem up yesterday!

Really wasn’t planning on it but, decided to make the jump back to Roku because I already have a Roku in the bedroom. I’ve pretty much configured it back to the old style before the horrendous changes.. the only question I have is I assume this is the 2025 version? It doesn’t really matter. I’m just curious..
