I’m FTM and I top surgery many years ago, the surgeon suggested keeping my nipples by cutting underneath them. It was a bad choice as he’s cut half my areola off and my nipples are hard 24/7.

Is it possible to remove them now? If so does anyone have a rough estimate on price?

I always get asked things like “Are you getting anything out of therapy?”.

I’ve always struggled to speak with everyone, especially with topics like depression and suicide. I need therapy but it feels like I’m wasting everyone’s time. If they don’t ask me questions I just sit in silence. Does anyone else struggle to talk about their feelings?

They did suggest I was autistic but I went for a diagnosis and they said no.

Whenever I try to sleep I am up for many hours still dreaming. I don’t know if I do actually get to sleep for some time but it feels like I don’t. I’m always exhausted. I went to bed around 12-1am last night and I was still up at 6am. It’s been like it for weeks, it is hard to switch it off.

I’m currently unemployed so I’ve been dreaming so much, I like most of my dreams but it is definitely ruining my mental health. I’m having around 3 hours of sleep if I’m lucky, sometimes I can nap during the day though.

Any sleep hacks?

I have enjoyed sex before with partners in my teens. Now I’m mid 20s and it does nothing for me, it hasn’t for a long time. I like porn, the idea of sex, and find people attractive though.

I tried again last week by having sex and I couldn’t wait for it to be over. I gave him oral but it nearly made me vomit. I felt nothing.

Is it possible I’m asexual even though I’ve liked it in the past? Or is it something else?

I was told yesterday at my GIC appointment that a hysterectomy most likely won’t be covered by NHS. Has anyone else been told this? Would it be covered if I have phallo?
