Decent apartments with assigned parking?

Currently living at Arrive Longmont and our lease is up in December. Its a good place but the lack of parking spaces can cause it to fill up and with my job I get home at all hours of the night and have to park decently far. I figured I'd ask here and get some first hand accounts rather than hope a Google review is trustworthy. Tha k you guys in advance!
