My in-laws insult my family and threaten to take my child and throw me out of my house . I want to do something about it FIL68 MIL 60 and SIL 31 , they are evil and they are constantly staying with me or taking me to their place after o have given birth to my baby

I made paper poppets and wrote names of the person , after cursing them I burnt them and flushed it in toilet . I felt kind of relief. Also the flames were magical it had a very artistic shape i think it will work

I recently had inverted T incision C section , it was planned c section as I had one huge fibroid in lower section of uterus which did not allow baby to come head down , baby was in transverse position . When they made bikini cut the fibroid did not allowed to get to baby so they had to make another vertical cut to get to baby . after baby was delievered they removed my fibroid .

Do you know how this incision will heal . Will I have the tummy rolls one overhang above bikini and 2 separated from mid section ?

I am writing this to formally bring to your attention the ongoing mental and emotional distress I have been subjected to since the birth of our child on 20th April.
While I have attempted to handle these matters with patience for the sake of our family, the recent restrictions on my freedom and the verbal abuse directed at me , my mother and father have reached a point where I must assert my legal rights.
I wish to bring the following points to your immediate notice:
Mental Cruelty and Verbal Abuse: Since 8th April, I have been subjected to a hostile environment. My Mother-in-Law (MIL) has used abusive language not only towards me but also towards my mother, who was here to support me during my postpartum recovery.
This behavior falls under Section 3 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, which defines verbal and emotional abuse as a form of domestic violence.
Restriction of Movement: You had promised that I could visit my parents in July. However, this is now being denied based on superstitions and the personal whims of your mother. Please be advised that under Article 21 of the Constitution of India, I have a fundamental right to personal liberty. Forcing me to stay against my will or placing conditions on my movement is legally indefensible.

HARASSMENT REGARDING MARRIAGE
EXPECTATIONS: I am deeply disturbed by the repetitive comments made by your father regarding
"things not being done" during our marriage. These taunts regarding wedding arrangements and expectations constitute "Mental Cruelty" and are punishable under the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, and Section 85/86 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (formerly Section 498A IPC).
Custody and Rights over the Minor Child: The demand made by your mother that I may visit my parents only if I "leave the baby behind" is not only inhumane but also illegal. Under the Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act, and established precedents of the Supreme Court of India, the custody of a child below the age of five (5) years is the birthright of the mother. Any attempt to forcibly separate a nursing infant from the mother can be treated as wrongful confinement.
Husband's Liability: As my husband, you have a legal and moral obligation to provide a safe, abuse-free environment for me. Allowing or enabling your family members to harass me or restrict my movement makes you liable under the law for failing to protect your spouse from domestic cruelty (Section 498A of the IPC / Section 85 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita).
I am sharing this because I wish to resolve these issues within the family and avoid the involvement of the Protection Officer or the Women's Helpline. However, I will no longer tolerate the abuse of my parents or the restriction of my freedom.
I intend to visit my parents' home with my baby as discussed. I expect your support in ensuring that this happens without further "chaos," threats, or emotional blackmail from your family members.
I hope you will take this communication seriously and take the necessary steps to ensure my dignity and rights are respected in this household.

During my 9th month my in laws came without my decision and stayed from 8th April to 13th June , my baby was born on 20th April . All three of them my husband SIL and MIl used to visit at 12pm and leave at 6pm and i called my mother too she used to take care of baby in hospital and take care of me too . But my MIL is full of anger resentment and a sour personality she abused my mom and my mom left . My husband promised me that I can go to my parents place in July . Then we came back to my in laws place on 12 th June , again my MIL denied that we can’t send you home as bad days are going on you can visit on October if you want leave the baby and go for 2 days , she also called me so many bad things . My parents asked me to keep the luggage ready as they are coming to pick me and baby up , my husband told me it will create more chaos and when we will go back to banglore we have to love separately then when they were half way to my in laws I changed my mind and told th em to only visit and not take me . I really want to go home what should I do ? Does it comes under any Indian harassment laws?

Apparently, they are just waiting for my body to heal so they can continue the verbal abuse without feeling guilty.

Surgery heals the body, but how do you heal from a husband who validates this ?
