For me it was kallamar it took me 3 tries every time no matter the play through shamura was always easy somehow my first time she bugged out got stuck outside the map but able to be hit but unable to fight back until the very end second time easy because well to me it's just easy but kallamar no matter the playthrough the weapon the curse always takes at minimum three tries
