I need some advice and suggestions. What are the things I need to do to make them comfortable and to avoid age related diseases

Also will.elevayed tilted bowls help. What about water fountain. Can I give them a bath at this age. Can I continue vaccination, deworming and topical flea medicines at this age.

I am from India and vets here are not answering clearly.

Need help from people who have had experience with taking care of senior cats.

I am doing the 6 months blood tests and also trying to arrange funds for a yearly 2d echo and ultrasound

I saw a few videos on Instagram of women living in beautiful homes with a pet. I do a lot of rescue work. I feel I am failing my cats, my babies. My house is a mess all the time( their room is still impeccable and clean because it doesn't have much stuff)..I have had chronic pain, severe depression since puberty, and few other chronic illnesses. I am also the sole caregiver for my blind aging father.

I feel such shame and embarrassment when I see the condition of my home.

I don't know what to do anymore. No matter how hard I try I cannot do it. I feel like such a loser.

My kitchen is the worst hit..it's filled with garbage.

I have huge and broad feet..it's flat from the top and fat near the heel area. I see such pretty heels and sandals but unfortunately nothing fits even if it's my size( I wear a 10). what do I do? I am looking for some nice red heels and black pumps. Everything is narrow at the top. I only wear sneakers everywhere lol.

I am so done with friendships. I tried socialising with abled people and I never fit in. I tried befriending people who are chronically ill, and that failed too. Somehow I was triggering them when I spoke about my battles occasionally because they were too exhausted to talk about medical stuff( I just shared about my doctor visit lol)

Something good came out of the mental hell I have been the last one year lol. I was locked in my room, windows drawn, only coming out for water, food, and collecting parcels. I didn't even use my phone much because I was so exhausted with everything in my life.

My Melasma is completely gone guys. Now that I am slowly coming out of my depressive state and thinking of going out I am scared it will come back. Time to buy some sunscreen again!
