U.S.S. Maine [1332x1079] [1837x410] [1456x837] Album

This picture hung in my grandparents living room for as long as I can remember. I took it home when we cleaned out their house and sold it in 1975. Looks to be home made with a clipping from a magazine. The artists signature also specifies the year which would be 1895. If I posted this wrong please let me know how I would do it correctly.

Poblanos Hot Sauce

Hey Tucsonans. Do they still make and sell Poblanos Hot Sauce down there? Way back in the 80's and 90's it was the best hot sauce on the planet. You could only get it in Tucson. about 8 or 9 years back I bought some when I was down there and it wasn't the same. I was told that the father died and didn't leave the original recipe. I don't know how much truth there is in that. But then someone told me it changed back. Anyway, just curious if it's still available down there. I think Fry's was the only store that sold it.

Let's Play a Classic TV Commercial Drinking Game

No matter what the classic tv station you watch the commercials are pretty much all the same. So with that in mind:

  1. Prescription Drug Commercial - Take a swig of beer. If you want to get specific:

  2. Anti Depressant booster - 2 swigs

  3. Tardive Dyskinesea - 3 swigs

  4. Skyrizi - drink the entire can

  5. Lawyers/Mesothelioma - Shot of Whiskey

  6. Medicare/Medicaid - Shot of Tequila

  7. Leaf Filter roof gutters - Boilermakers

Feel free to add lol

coatimundi ?

Came through our yard night before last. Pretty sure it's a Coatimudi as it's snout looks to long to be a Racoon which we see a lot of. Not sure why one of the blink cameras was still on Infrared mode and the other isn't. Perhaps because of the porch light.

Anyone know of a reliable AC/Plumbing company in the Chandler/Phoenix Area?

I'm currently paying a monthly "Membership" fee with Emergency Air and Plumbing. At first it started out well with them making timely visits for maintenance and checkups. Now, I'll schedule a maintenance appointment and I'll be continually pushed off on the day of the appointment. I had one scheduled mid March, they pushed it off until today, now they pushed it off again until July 8th. In the past 2-3 months I've paid them over $7,000 (with the 10% discount I get with my "membership")....They can certainly haul their rear ends out here when there's a lot of money to be made but can blow me off for a half hour maintenance call. I called them a week and a half ago to see if they'd install a water softener if I purchased it my self. They sent a couple of people out the next day trying to sell me a 19k water system when all I wanted was a simple question asked. They keep using the "We've so many emergency calls we can't fit you in until...."

Sorry, just venting. Anyone know of a company that does a better job than they do?

Clarification- I didn't pay them $7,000 for maintenance. I had some AC issues that required some modifications to my system. The unit was full of mold and had to be cleaned and sanitized. I also installed a UV system to prevent reoccurring.

People pulling onto our street off the main road and pulling u turns to avoid having to wait for the left turn arrow. On any given day you can sit and watch about 10 people in 10 minutes. There are no U turn signs posted too. Idiot on the bike came out of nowhere.
