Up to this point (from SJPDP), I have used card for albergues and larger meals, and cash when necessary or for incidentals. Is the meseta between Burgos and Leon very different that way? Or similar? I’m planning my cash withdrawals for the rest of the way to Santiago.

I’ve heard rumors you can’t get a halfway compostela issued on a Sunday due to office being closed all days is this true? Also, who issues this? The church or the tourism office?
I did all the shoe tricks: larger size, good socks, trained-admittedly, not with a pack for longer than three days). I tested everything except the extreme heat conditions. Blisters only appear on one foot-clearly the larger one. My pinky toe is feeling numb. The last couple of days. How concerned should I be about numbness? Should I wear my tevas (vibram sole & socks) to rest my toe?
Is this a good option for withdrawing euros? I tried an actual bank (caja rural navarra?) but they wanted a Dimo code sent to a Spanish phone number.
I recently switched from a higher dose of Mounjaro to starting dose of Foundayo (daily pill, GLP only, not GIP). Since going down to a low dose GLP1 only, I’ve noticed some twinges of knee pain, and some ankle/foot swelling. Any chance this is related to a change in type and/or dose of medication? I realized I haven’t had this type of knee pain since starting my first GLP-wegovy.
According to the Internet Camino/gear shops are open on Sundays, as early at 7am (in June). I’ve heard I can get poles, and I’m assuming a hat?
I am having great difficulty registering. I have tried multiple devices and browsers. I only get some of the drop down options, if at all, preventing me from inputting text in some fields altogether. The country of origin menu is incomplete. I can’t get past this field at all. I am an English speaker from the U.S. what am I doing wrong?

I didn’t realize the sea to summit cocoon liner opens up at the bottom, and snaps at the top effectively creating a nightgown of sorts. Now second-guessing my choice of straight bottom thinking I wanted more room, not realizing I could have the option of sticking my feet out for ventilation on a hot summer Camino. Unless, of course, that defeats protecting against bedbugs……
The underwire is so stiff that the top of it protrudes out from my chest, creating lump, ledge, etc. that is visible beneath my clothing. Can I “bend” the underwire to sit more flush so the my silhouette/chest?
Has anyone used the Costco citi card (visa) on Camino Frances? What perks might I not know about? Did you have any issues with access or charges/fees?
I am really just interested in medical/repatriation. I have 2 flights (out and back-2 one ways) 2-4 trains tickets (2 pre-paid, 2 more expected), and the first 5 nights of lodging (albergues). And of course a bunch of new gear (standard quality, no tech). How should I calculate this? I have a number spent, or anticipated. Is that the number? As I said, I’m mostly concerned about catastrophic coverage-hospital, death, etc.) planning to use Allianz.
Wouldn’t it be better to have the adapter detachable rather than this built-in piece. I’m thinking about saving space and packing things down.
Do you wear your temple garment over or under other underwear (briefs, bras)? Some of the new styles and fabrics are not playing nice with my other underclothing as I have been wearing them thus far.
Why do we have to have a bulbous end on the injector pen? It makes using cooler bags/cases difficult when it doesn’t need to be. I’m trying to travel with 8 pens. Not sure what’s more annoying-carrying and storing 8 pens, or figuring out how to fill RX internationally.
I’m contemplating what to do. I’d like to do some extended travel/backpacking in Europe this summer. I anticipate averaging about 15 miles/day, high summer, with communal accommodations (hostels, etc). I’m concerned about the heat, and being in mixed accommodations where garment-wearing may not be so easily discreet. I have optimized my clothing for heat, and sun protection except my garments. They may undo all the comfort I am trying achieve. Is this the answer to my question about strenuous and appropriate activities? Up until this point in my life, I have been a very orthodox garment-wearer. I’ve never been one to remove my garments for recreation outside swimming, but I know many people do. I guess I am just trying to rationalize it in my mind. I would be without them for up to two months. I want to wear them for both comfort and familiarity, but am also very concerned about heat and discreetness. If you have experienced a situation like this, what did you do? F50yo.
Why are dry silque and dry mesh bottoms so much longer than other fabric styles such as dry stretch or other cotton blends? Should they all be the same length unless you are selecting mid-calf or full leg styles such as thermals?
