Looking for a new bra. Age and weight loss have changed things for me and my old standby isn’t working. Need more lift and shape. I like panache & wacoal. I’ve tried fantasie as well. My feed is full of some newer? (To me?) brands and they all advertise somehow correcting all the problems and being the best, but I’m skeptical. I’ve tried a few bras on in my life. Mary/sweden and honey love keep popping up. I am unfamiliar with them. Are they as good as they say they are?

Since losing 50lbs alongside having a hysterectomy and using T/HRT for peri, my trusted bra style from the last 10 years is no longer cutting it. 36/8 G/H bra. I have noticed that they are flabbier, and need all the lift they can get, but their shape has changed, and now I feel like I am trying to stuff a sack. They don’t look good.

I want to get out of wearing sports bras as regular bras, now that I have lost some weight, but feel I need the support and coverage I get from sports bras. With a G/H Cup, I can’t just walk into a Kohls, etc., and buying online requires a lot of returns. Have been bearing panache 5021 sports bras for years. I also liked Wacoal-but need to figure out new size/style.

My estrogen patch starts itching a day before I change it. Sometimes I can’t help it, and will remove it the night before I change the patch the next morning if it really becomes bothersome. I’m guessing this has to do with the lifespan of the adhesive and nothing to do with my 2x weekly patch schedule.

What would you go with? Your regular size in wide or up a half size in regular with? For summer Camino (French route). I’ve been wearing challenger 8 regular (women), but stumbled across a 7.5 wide on a clearance rack. Walk next month.

What is the major difference between a run v hike insole? I am wearing Superfeet brand. A running insole was recommended due to the amount of cushioning, and distances. Curious if anyone has used both and can share their experience having tried both and what they would recommend.

If you wore the wide version, but don’t have a “wide” foot, did you find it too roomy? I don’t want so much room that my foot slides around.

Is it just me, or is the app extremely buggy and slow? I can never get it to load results.
