There’s a pattern I keep seeing in modern sales communities
’ve been looking at different sales-based communities recently, and one thing keeps repeating.
The ones that grow long term don’t just talk about selling.
They also talk about what happens after sales.
Investing.
Ownership.
Side businesses.
Asset building.
I noticed this in a group called YoungNRetired as well, where the messaging isn’t only about commissions, but what people do with the income afterwards.
That shift feels small but actually changes the whole direction of people’s careers.
Instead of short term earning, it becomes long term building.
Is that mindset something you learn over time or does the environment force it on you?
