I've 9/9/8 from one of top 3 iit, was an intern in a global automotive company, and I'm currently working in one of global top 3 payments company (Credit Risk -Data Science role)
But for extracurricular I don't have anything (like literally nothing) for PORs I was dept. society president though it's not a tough POR to achieve so don't know if it'll carry weight. Shall I expect MBBs strat&, Kearney etc.

22yo male,just graduated from clg .... I broke up with my girl 5 months ago, but we were still friends (we used to meet regularly, coz the friend grp was common), and she was testing me for 2 months if I get changed and we can still get back together (found that out recently that there was a test going out on me), A few weeks ago I started texting with a new girl, and recently I started sexting with her. I didn't know my girl had my gmail password, she hacked into my insta, read all the chats, now she along with 2 friends hate me(since I was sad all the time and used to tell this to my friends and now they cannot trust me sinc all this time I was talking to another girl, I don't have many friends). what should I do now?
there are friends of mine in other colleges (other IITs/Bcom clgs/Medico) as well who're also graduating but I'm not seeing that many stories of them but the nostalgia stories of IITd students 😐, people from our have gone crazy emotional, what can be the reason?

IITB final year UG, joining American Express as Data Scientist (19 base, ~28 CTC).
Trying to get a grounded reality check on comp at ~4–5 YOE in tech (no MBA path). Not looking for ranges or “market estimates”.. want actual offers (yours / close friends’), with breakup if possible.
Context: Startups like Meesho, Navi, Ola, Myntra, Zomato and MNCs like JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, Optum, American Express.
Also want to compare this with MBA + ~2 YOE roles (consulting / prod / finance) purely on money. Ignore interest, WLB, luck etc, just comp outcomes.
Would help if you mention the role (SDE2 / DS2 / Senior DS etc.) and yoe as well, fixed vs bonus vs stock, and whether it was a switch or same company growth
