18F What's the best way to improve low iron, vitamin D, and B12 long-term?

I'm 18, and I've struggled with low iron for years. No matter what I do, I always seem to end up deficient again. I'm constantly exhausted, sleep 10–12 hours, have cold hands and feet, and still feel tired all the time.

Two years ago, I fainted multiple times. When I got tested, my hemoglobin was 7, low vitamin d and calcuim so my doctor recommended iron infusions. After that I also completed courses of iron, vitamin d, calcium, and other supplements for months.

Last year, my iron was low again. I was prescribed an iron syrup along with Fer Fer sachets for 30 days. and took sunny d capsules for vitamin d six capsules

I haven't had blood work done this year, but I'm worried I'm back in the same situation. Every time I stand up after sitting, or even while praying going into and getting up from ruku or sujood, my vision goes black for a few seconds, and I feel really weak.I'm scared to tell my parents because they scold me.

For people who've dealt with repeating iron deficiency or low vitamin d and B12.

What medication or multi vitamins should i take now. i tired home remedies last year, beetroot and ginger drink but couldn't stay consistent becoz its too much work

I'd really appreciate any advice or experiences.

Like there are question in maths with basic algebra and some questions repeating the same concepts and also english is also not like undoable. The questions are easy except that poem ones so cutoff will increased ig it will be same or near to r1eco

Mangoes are lowkey overrated ngl.

Am I the only one who thinks mangoes are kinda overrated 😭

Like they're good and all but people act like they're the greatest thing humanity has ever produced. lowkey mid

And can we talk about the names?? Sindhri, Langra, Chausa... who was naming these things bro

Every time someone explains mango varieties to me it sounds out of the box like seriously langra

What's the actual hype around mangoes? Genuinely asking

Is it really this difficult to study these days?

I open lectures on my laptop, but then Reddit is open in another tab, Instagram in another, and before I realize it I have spent more time scrolling than studying.

It feels like every device that helps me learn is also full of distractions. I'm honestly getting fed up with constantly switching between lectures and social media.

im literaly fed up with this dil charaha hai road pr jakay tez tez bhagon that air rushed into my ears

How do you stay focused when all your distractions are literally one click away?

any scholarship organizations

I recently got acceptance from Habib University with an 80% scholarship, but the remaining 20% is still beyond what my family can realistically afford.

I've already applied to Orange Tree Foundation but haven't heard back yet. Habib has kindly extended my admission deadline by 2 days, so I'm trying everything I can before then.

Does anyone know of any scholarship organizations, educational trusts, sponsors, or funding opportunities that support undergraduate students in Pakistan? If you've been in a similar situation or know someone who managed to secure external funding, I'd really appreciate any guidance.

deadline almost passes still no scholarship

I received my offer letter on May 29, and my fee payment deadline is June 2. Initially, I had not submitted the Financial Aid/FASA form, but I completed and submitted it yesterday.

Since then, I've been trying to contact the university regarding my situation. I've emailed the Admissions Department, Student Finance, and Ms. Faiza Issani multiple times, but I haven't received my scholarship. I've also called Habib University several times this morning and afternoon, but no one has answered my calls.

I'm really worried because the deadline is today and I don't know whether my financial aid application will be considered or how much scholarship I got or if I should somehow arrange the fee payment immediately.

Has anyone been in a similar situation? What should I do? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

iba vs habib acf vs sdp

I don’t hate ACF. I don’t hate accounting. Honestly I think IBA gives you a broader spectrum, broader experience, and I do love the opportunities it opens. But the main reason I’m leaning toward ACF is money. My main focus right now is financial independence. I know IBA has the networking, the brand, the jobs after - that’s what keeps pulling me back. But here’s where it gets messy. I got rejected from IBA in round 1. I’m applying for round 2 now, but there’s so much uncertainty if I’ll even get in. At the same time, Habib University gave me an offer for SDP and I applied for a scholarship. They said I might get 80-100%, so it could basically be free.I’ve always loved SDP too. Like genuinely loved it. But my mom is telling me to reject Habib and just go all-in for IBA. Her logic is IBA is stability, Habib is risk. And you're just being lazy. And I get it, but if I reject Habib and then don’t make it through IBA round 2… then I have nothing. No backup. It’s literally gambling everything on round 2 because I already failed round 1 once. On top of that, my main goal after these 4 years is to go abroad. Like that’s the thing I really want. And I’m scared that if I pick the wrong degree now, it’ll mess up my chances later. I don’t know if SDP will give me enough for masters abroad, or if ACF is the safer bet for that. So now I’m sitting here contemplating: do I even keep Habib as an option or not? If I say no to Habib and IBA doesn’t work out, that’s it for me. But if I say yes to Habib, my mom’s not happy and I’m scared about money/abroad prospects later. Has anyone been through this? Rejected once, gambling on round 2, while holding another offer in your hand? And for people who went abroad for masters - did ACF or SDP make it easier? I need real advice because my head is a mess right now.
