Seven years ago, my anxiety started-panic attacks, derealization, agoraphobia, hypochondria, depression… basically the whole package (I would call it hell).
but after 2 years of therapy, psychiatry, and meds I recovered and got my life back.
Things that used to feel impossible like traveling slowly became possible. I started going on trips, sometimes with friends, sometimes completely alone. That felt like a huge win for me personally.

I even moved to another country. It wasn’t easy at all, it was stressful, but i handled it.

But about a month ago, the panic attacks started again.
And now i’m kind of stuck. I know what i’m supposed to do in theory. I know the tools, iknow the coping strategies… but in the actual moment it feels like everything disappears and I just become powerless.

Just needed to put this somewhere.
